A drama needs to be released at the right time. I didn't find the script (POJ) particularly extraordinary, though the VFX, storytelling, acting, and direction were reasonably good. It didn't have to clash with any high-profile dramas. Can you give me an example of a platform that released an exceptionally good drama during that period?

I am pointing out potential issues; I am not saying it won't get any views at all. My main point concerns the "heat index." Many dramas get high viewership later on, even if their initial heat index is low, so one shouldn't judge everything solely by that metric. However, some viewers nowadays refuse to accept this; they believe the heat index is the be-all and end-all.

Look, Youku releases one drama a month, and their 'heat index' scores are high; meanwhile, Tencent releases two or three simultaneously, causing their heat index to struggle to even reach 27,000. Even S+ rated dramas aren't heating the 29,000 mark. The secret behind Pursuit of Jade (Tencent/iQiyi drama) performing well was that no major high-traffic actor/actress had a drama released during that same period.

I’m talking about this drama. There are currently rumors that it will be released in November, and Song Zu’er’s drama Wish you all the best is also rumored to be released around the same time.
One of the main reasons behind this drama not getting good views could be the platform's dirty politics. Releasing dramas featuring two or three high-traffic actors and actresses simultaneously will naturally split the audience and hamper views. However, if this had been released at a better time, it would have performed well, you can already tell from the chemistry between the lead actor and actress, which is lacking in many other dramas.
Brilliant Star Path, CEO Wants to Quiet, Code of Evil Woman these arcs belong to the modern genre. Some of them…
I’ve read all the modern arcs included in the drama, as well as the Republican-era ones. As for The Evil Woman's Code —even though it features a Japanese setting and a modern era, it wouldn't exactly be described as ultra-modern. In terms of costume setting, I liked The Busy Villainess Concubine the best; I also read about half of Peerless Phoenix which isn't bad either.

It would be great if Dilraba acted in a good new drama or movie. She might be very selective with her script choices now, but there's a chance of a 'Reba drought' next year. 🥲
Did you knowingly come here to pick a fight just to get attention? A drama doesn't depend entirely on the actress. They selected the actress within their budget. A perfect drama is the combined result of everything- production, direction, scriptwriting, makeup, and acting. You're sitting there acting like some high-and-mighty intellectual. You just want to write against someone you hate to gain a bit of attention, and then get some psychopathic thrill out of making a name for yourself going viral.
She got a really good role in Panorama of Rivers and Mountains. In this, she played a Dunhuang opera dancer, and the makeup was exceptionally well done.
