This was cute & sweet but I wish they were less awkward with each other and had more affectionate scenes. They love each other so much, I would've def loved to see them being more cozy in this special ep. Nevertheless, the show was amazing. I'm gonna miss it..💗

This was a fun watch and I enjoyed pretty much everything here. Yagi Rikako's performance was amazing and she was so adorable here!! Loved the child actors and the ML was very nicely written. And they all looked so lovely together. Like a cute little family. 🥰 The fictional stuff is kind of miss but I liked the overall execution of the show.

Fluke expressing Pisaeng's jealousy is so on point. The look in his eyes are extreme and he's really seeking for that attention from Kawi. He's falling deeper and deeper in love with him.

I also thought she must be some new doctor but they seemed close. Then I realised it was Kim Sabu imagining her when he opened the door to attend a new patient. There was nobody on the bed he looked at.

It seemed like she could be Jang Hyun Ju.

I had the same thought! Ep 16 was relatively smooth and everything was concluded perfectly. I'm gonna miss them <3

I'm so much in love with Pear. I'm glad they decided to write a no-nonsensical female character rather than attempting to have a pushover type of girl. Pear is smart, kind and understanding. I think she had a hint when Kawi was proposing his love to her and the way she managed to politely reject him was one of the best scenes in the show so far.
Even Kawi's reaction to the rejection was well expressed.
And when Pear lectured the seniors. Damn, they deserved it. Such pos.

Aye is really doing a great job so far. Hope the show continues to have her in the positive side and not turn her against any of the leads. I'm rooting for her.

I teared up when they showed glimpses of Season 1&2. How nostalgic it felt! Kim Sabu and Doldam Hospital have come a long way. I'm beyond happy.

I wouldn't mind if they make a season 4. I got so excited when I saw Yoon Seo Jung!! She's everything of this show for me and I'd love to watch the entire cast again.

Dr Romantic is the only show I wouldn't mind multiple seasons.
