Yes Yu shisan dies, so does yuan lu... As for NYZ and RR, they do seem to die, but we see a kid names Ning shisan with a sister named ren lu whose mother's name is ren so maybe they're not dead(basically it's up to your imagination)
I'm gonna take it as a HE, as------- From the looks of it they didn't find NYZ's body i think other wise we wud have definitely seen a tomb or something like for the others + he has the pill. As for Ruyi, even thought the explosion happened, we've seen her get away from one fire 5 yrs back. there' a chance she got away.. The scene where CY sees the entire gang is definitely her imagination as the world thinks they all dead, but the scene with the kid in the end seems real(although a kid suddenly running into her in the middle of a grasslands seems too weird and conincidental). So MAYBE, our leads got away and r HOPEFULLY living somewhere away with their own little family as they always wanted!!!!!!11
