Initially I thought XM would be that typical brat in c drama...rich boy, son of respectful leader but spoilt and selfish...haha...so I was prepared to deal with his nonsense...but then I was so surprised to see him being a totally different person! I like SM too...the way the author consistently showed his gentleness and beauty...it gave me an impression that he was like a god from heaven...

I was very invested from chapter 1-50...but then after the 'war', it got a bit slowed down and I was losing my reading speed...but 60ish started to get interesting again...

very heavy reading, political etc...but I do like the whole magical aspect of the background story... The main couple are pretty chill, not so much stupid misunderstanding or conflicts which will make you cry...but the inner struggle in both characters to accept their love for each other is real...especially since it means cutting down their chance of getting child to continue their lineage etc...(well, this is a kingdom set up where having a successor is important)...
