I really don't get cancel culture - so very very toxic and entitled. Sure, let's punish EVERYONE for the actions of ONE 🙄. And let's be honest here, what he did hurt himself more than anyone else. It's not like he killed anyone, assaulted anyone, or worse. He hurt himself and his own body - those who do drugs need HELP, not ostracizing.

I am one of ew who thinks they shouldn't have edited his character out. Cancel Culture needs to end. Stop punishing everyone for the actions of one person. And stop acting like your crap don't stink because EVERYONE has things they have done that they are not proud of - it is just YOU are able to keep yours in the closet because you aren't famous. dropped - no hope in watching this. Last episode came out in sept and still not subbed. Best to move on. Get mad at me all you want but i find this happens over and over - imo if you start something you should finish it. Don't give false hope to people.

I am wondering if they are being PAID to create trouble - or at least the one guy - the other two seem to just be following him without really fully understanding. Makes me think the one lone guy is a plant there by that Zhang woman.

His goal was for them to stay there so MCH would move back as well - then he can technically live with MCH under the same roof while getting to know the parents and brother and them getting to know him. Looks like he has achieved that much. And YZM seems to have figured out how to handle mom a lot better than everyone else - reverse psychology. Every time he calls mom’s bluff she doesn’t get her way. 😂 I find it hilarious at how he can handle her without saying much.

I dont wish that on her. But I do think something big will need to happen in order to break this mom. This chip she carries on her shoulder about everyone and everything revolving around her has got to be knocked of.

the "attic" is actually a very nice bedroom at the top of the house. Personally i would take that too since it would keep me far from that witch downstairs - but imo, he should have had them leave - given them time to find a place. I get he is trying to get with MCH and wants to be on friendly terms with the mom but this mom - you give her an inch and she takes 10 miles. ML is going to become like the dad and fall on his knees, so to speak, to this woman. You can't reason with the mom - to act like you own everything that was given to your daughter is beyond my imagination.

I despise the mom but i am rating this drama a 9.5. The actress is doing a fantastic job to receive so much hate for her character - so she is doing her job well. The story is great and the cast is great. I may not like the mom at all but i love the drama. I see parallels in this mom and my own dad. Thankfully my mom is not like this but she is more like the father.

LOL I get her point - with her parents the way they are it is hard to imagine how the two siblings grew up to be the people they are - the dad has no backbone and the mom has anger issues - yet the kids turned out to be such good kids - are they adopted??? 😂

One of the best cats I ever had was a stray that adopted me. Kept showing up at my house - I finally coaxed him inside with food and after that, even when i let him back outside, he always returned. He returned one night badly beaten up by a cat fight he got in. I decided then to take him and have him fixed - he became an indoor cat after that and turned fat and lazy. LOL But I still miss him. He was such a wonderful pet.
