The stories are somewhat connected, but you can't really choose because iqiyi own the three of them and will release as below:
1. Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Red-Moon Pact
2. Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Love in Pavilion
3. Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Sword and Beloved (probably 2025)

It will be great if they can be released back to back.

iqiyi will release Red Moon (Yang Mi) first, then Love in Pavilion (Liu Shishi) then Sword and Beloved (Cheng Yi) last, which most likely won't get released until 2025.
