They better give us a second season rathern than a rushed story. Their story needs to be handled properly for the right development. I will be really mad if they do not handle it right.
i literally binged this in one day as i was trying to avoid my responsibilities. worked like a charm, forgot all…
You literally put my all my thoughts into words with that comment of yours. I agree with everything you said. I would also love to see a series about an older gay couple, now that would be refreshing. Mork is such a king! I loved how respectful he is, usually in other bls the love interest will take advantage of circumstances like that to take a peek of their love interest while naked but Mork really knows about consent. We stan a king! And I thought I was the only one who thought that Fluke looks like Aj and JJ! I swear, sometimes while watching this thought would pop up in my head lol
Overall it was a funny and cute series! I enjoyed it a lot! It really made me feel less stressed as I am also avoiding my responsilibities these days lol
At first I was hesitant to watch this but I am glad I gave it a chance. I really liked it. It was simple but refreshing. I loved how the relationship between the main leads developed, it felt so natural. It was just two people meeting ,getting to know each other and then falling in love. Moreover, for once the story did not take place in university or school which was a breath of fresh air. I also liked how both leads were not selfish in any way and were pure hearted, usually in dramas one of the leads tend to be more selfish resulting in one of them being the more giving person in the relationship but here both of them were on an equal ground. This made the series more relaxing and stress free, as there was no real drama or angst. The leads really have a healthy relationship which made me enjoy it even more. The side couples were cute too I guess, I did not like them that much for various reasons but I will just focus on the other positive things of the series and proceed to say that I actually adored the uncles and the three bike drivers. I would always laugh or smile whenever they were on screen. Time really passed by quickly while watching so I ended up binging the whole series in just one day. It is a really wholesome series that demonstrates adult relationships in a more realistic way.
I miss Ba Reum๐ฟI want a series with a psycho that will make me doubt myself like he did!
I miss him too. I also want a series that has an actual evil manipulative psycho as a protagomist but it's not a common concept. Ba Reum is a unique main character.
ฮ definitely agree with everything you said as well. Jong Suk was consumed by the guilt of becoming a monster that is why he let go of his grip and died along with Kyung Min, but to me he had already become a monster and that is why does not deserve to be remembered as a hero. I love this drama for the same reason you mentioned , because there is no just a straight answer. The fact that it also provokes such strong emotions just shows how good of a drama it is. You feel the pain and the struggle of the characters, that is why I am so salty about Cheol's death and Jong Suk being considearted as a hero.
I understand that the mother might have thought that Jong Suk was also broken since the message of the drama was that every character is part of a tragedy and there are no just victims or perpetrators, but still I can't help but feel that Jong Suk is a bit of a jerk too or too broken to the point he became a jerk. Cheol was broken too, but he wanted to stay alive for his mother and friends. His mother needed him and he was finally happy to have real friends by his side but Jong Suk took all of that away from him. I do recognize the fact that at this point he was too broken and it makes you re-consider who to blame. The bullies that led him to this? The teacher that did nothing to help? Society itself for the descriminations that never stop? It does arises such questions and it makes you see the bigger pitcutre but I still feel Jong Suk did Cheol dirty. Even as an adult he was blaming Kyung Min for digging up the past instead of admitting his mistakes. He was also determined to kill again just to keep his secret and peace of mind which make it more difficult for me to sympatize with him. In the end Cheol was te biggest victim of this tragedy for me cause he was just a regular student trying to survive but he was betrayed by a close friend.
Kyung Min indeed had written in the book about Cheol's death but it seemed that the public did not know the truth in the end. At least that is what I understood unless I missed something. I thought the police covered it up since the witness died and there was no strong evidence to prove he was the one that killed Cheol. It seems that people think he died on duty trying to catch Kyung Min and that is why he is considered a hero.
Still this is not the kind series I would watch with any of my family members, you are really lucky.
I am obsessed with this man help!
I want it to start it soon so their story can be told properly. I need it for the sake of my mental health
It was what I needed cause my patience is running thin as I am waiting for their storyline to start.

Nostlagia is a weird feeling
