TLP put Ren Min on my radar as a good actresss to look out for. Not conventional pretty but with endearing beauty…
Oh look, another one trying to disguise insults as compliments. I just wonder if you think people here are at a low level of intelligence so they can't tell or what?
Nobody here is blind or dumb. Your nonsense is idiotic though, I do give you that.
well when we said the stylist did her dirty with her herrendous bang at the earlier episodes, weβre serious…
So Ren Min is not an adult who is a professional actress and has acted in several major productions before? She doesn't have Light as her company, that has always been fully behind her?
So she has to come out during broadcast and attack the crew during broadcast because that is the professional thing to do?
Sure, blame it all on the stylist. Sure is their fault and not an actress who refused to give feedback that she could have, that did not want to grow her hair out and that attacks those she works with during broadcast, especially as those she attacks have no power at all, unlike her. Sounds like a fantastic person to defend.
Nobody is stopping you from whitewashing her. That's a full time job here now.
well when we said the stylist did her dirty with her herrendous bang at the earlier episodes, weβre serious…
This has nothing to do with melons. She attacked the crew in a video during broadcast. Nobody brought this here to MDL because unlike her, even posters have better manners.
The stylist waited for the drama to end and made a response. Far, far more professional than attacking a drama team during broadcast. A stylist can be professional but she can't? She can't say what she finds objectionable with the styling when it was being decided but she can attack the drama during broadcast?
Sorry but I am tired of washing after Ren Min and saying everyone is at fault except her. Everyone is a problem, the director, the screenwriter, the stylist now except her. Enough.
well when we said the stylist did her dirty with her herrendous bang at the earlier episodes, weβre serious…
I don't think the stylist did her dirty tbh.
And I especially dislike this line of thinking because she attacked the stylist while the drama was airing about this very thing, throwing the drama under the bus.
Ren Min has the power of input about her styling. She refused to grow her hair out. She actually cut her hair before the show. She didn't provide any feedback.
Can we not blame stylists that work for pitiful money when overpaid stars don't want to cooperate?
It genuinely is. I said here I hate OEs because I can think of so many different things usually. And look, if SY is in his soul form in that flower, appearing only once then is the oath broken? His physical body is gone after all. So will he stay there for all eternity, cursed to appear once a year in an ever changing and decaying world of Kongsang, only to finally come to one day and his country and his family finally gone? Yet he would have to endure. As I said I can think of many unpleasant scenarios here and there are no ways to rebutt them. So HE it is not.
This. It's very difficult for me to see this as a HE. I know some people do and we are all different but to me, something like this is unbelievably cruel. Especially as they should have kids and what exactly is he going to know about his own damn kid? Nothing. He will miss out on everything. And even she is going to be tethered to him instead of perhaps trying to live those 20+ years to the fullest. It's a complete tragic ending as I see it.
The last two episodes were a great watch but man Xiao Zhan acted his ass off in this final episode. The whole…
Yes, Xiao Zhan is no Cheng Yi. He is fifty times better. Why would he possibly want to regress his acting and make it worse to be like CY? Makes no sense π€
For me, I am the type that has to know. It's why I despise open endings. I see this more as a SE but I am not sure about it. There is always that possibility that it isn't because I do see where people who see it as a HE are coming from. If I had known this was an OE I never would have started this, even if it is a XZ drama. I simply need firm endings. Many others are ok with the uncertainty, which is great.
I would have to go and look again because I don't pay attention to her but I remember in the Weibo weekly characters chart, Shi Ying was first and Zhu Yan was second.
Chong Ming was 7th, Qing Gang 8th and Bai Xuelu 9th. Very popular drama!
In definitely positive news, the popularity of Shi Ying has exceeded 40 million which is the highest ever for Tencent and he is the first to ever break that number π
i'll judge the ending myself when i've watched it already..but from what i see it's not even that bad
You are the one mocking people who do not like or are genuinely upset about the ending.
The point is that people have different opinions so if you like it great, if someone is sad, not so great but that's just how it is. Neither one is worth mocking or calling out. It's just different perspectives. Nobody is being melodramatic or crying about it if they don't like the way it turned out.
He comes back in the end, but some may not like that the message is not more overt.
Absolutely! If you don't mind making your own interpretation, then it can definitely be seen as a HE too. It's really very personal, it will depend on the individual.
For someone who's dropping the drama,,u are really curious and active here π€
Stop policing people. You have been doing it for days. If you like this drama so much, start a constructive discussion about it. Or are you a mindless stan?
For someone who's dropping the drama,,u are really curious and active here π€
Stop policing people for their opinions then I certainly won't bother with a person like you. Again deal with the fact not everyone will like this drama or some parts of it.
He comes back in the end, but some may not like that the message is not more overt.
No, the ending is open. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. It's completely open to interpretation. The person above chooses to think they did, others that they didn't.
For someone who's dropping the drama,,u are really curious and active here π€
You are the one who is being aggressive. Rethink a bit if your post that has nothing to do with that person's post is in any way constructive. Plus I did read your posts here before, it's all attacking people who do anything less than pure worship of this drama.
This is a discussion page. She is allowed to express negative views. If you count sadness as negative. Everyone is allowed to express their critiques. Deal with it.
As someone who already finished the novel, it's BE for meπ i kinda expected that they would follow the novel…
I see it as a SE as well. If he does return, he may return like once a year if you recall that phrase and I would find that even more tragic. But I don't think he does at all. This is exactly why I hate open endings. I can never be sure one way or the other. I wouldn't be nearly as upset if I just knew for sure which is it.
Nobody here is blind or dumb. Your nonsense is idiotic though, I do give you that.

The drama is an open ending. You can take it any way you like, SE or HE.
