It's ironic that the world has become so negative and hates differing opinions while at the same time accuses the world of being negative and others as being 'haters'. It IS boring at times. Isn't that why the comedic scenes were written, to balance out the boring?

MDL is not a political site. It's for fans of Asian dramas and movies. If this is allowed and NOT deleted then it is giving permission that politics IS allowed on MDL. Talking politics is SPAMMING Users with OFFENSIVE comments. Don't most of us come here because it isn't political???????

It's highly offensive to read political statements in comments on MDL which is for Asian drama and movie lovers to discuss dramas and movies. It's becoming common place to see, so far, under 10 comments back & forth discussing world events through a political spectrum. STOP IT!!! This isn't X or any other social site that is driven by politics. It grates on the nerves, and if you don't think so then check how many Likes the comments have. Maybe 1 or 2. Main account and alternative acct? NO ONE wants politics on MDL.

REPORT EVERY COMMENT THAT HAS TO DO WITH POLITICS. USERS CAN PUT A STOP TO IT QUICKLY IF REPORTED AS OFENSIVE to your sensibilities.

Episode 2. From what I understand, SK writers use real locations for reference in their works instead of using fictional locations. The Palestine reference was in ep 2 and so was the AI generated scene which used our main lead's face. After the 'King The Land' controversy you'd think they might've learned their lesson.

MDL needs a new Tag for Partially AI Generated. Is it mentioned in Netflix? Are platforms obligated to mention scenes, etc are AI generated? At the speed which AI has taken off, it'll be less than a year before whole dramas and movies use existing actors by using AI exclusively. I haven't heard what SJS thinks of this. I'm totally against AI, even though one voice won't make a bit of dif. Also dropped after reading your comment and gave 1 point for each episode that did NOT have AI.

LOVE hearing from someone who has firsthand experience on this subject. I don't think many take into consideration how small South Korea is as a counry, nor the population. Don't quote me as I don't know for a fact, but anyone who is old enough, maybe 14- ? year olds, would be expected to join the fight. IF there was an invasion and males were called to defend her the military and the nation would depend on those who are serving and on those who have served to carry the weight. I checked the math and South Korea's male population is roughly 25 million. The stats for males of military age,18-28 year olds, is 2.5 to 4 million . This is a small number of males that would be able to defend one's country compared to a combination of other countries IF other countries joined North Korea, the adversary. As the world stands right now, South Korea just has itself to rely on in case of a senario.

I'm currently watching My Dearest and this is the subject so far in the episodes I've seen. Lee Jang Hyeon, among all the men, has said he wouldn't join the fight. From a female's point of view, I can understand the distaste of the women thinking he's less than a man and the men think a self-serving coward who doesn't love his country.

The reason I'm having to do her 'dirty' work is because you must have her blocked. Could you possibly unblock her? Is she still on a list? I haven't finished my scrolling.
