Back two years later and it seems Park Jeong Min's been cast as the male lead. It's an interesting choice but he's also a really underrated actor, so he might actually pull it off.
Decent Kdrama but it had this tendency to just bring up problems after problems till the end. I think if it leaned more into the slow type healing kdramas like Chocolate it would've been much better.
On my 3rd watch after having tried watching it twice since it aired and dropping it at ep 6. This time I forced myself to continue, and while it does get better, I'm not sure if it was worth the time since I could tell who the killer was from early. If you have nothing else to watch, I guess this one's fine.
Still tryna figure out why Park Ji Huyn chose to do a project that may succeed or flop rather than season 2 of Flex x Cop which is practically guaranteed to succeed. Maybe she doesn't wanna be pigeonholed, idk ;/
woahh good detective mentioned. it was one of my first kdramas and I really liked it back then!
Yeah, just finished The Good Detective 2 and realised that Jang Seung Jo has played a rich character in like 90% of his kdramas, even the one where he plays a detective ;P
Was planning on binging this after finishing The Good Detective, but don't think I can switch quickly from a kdrama where Jang Seung Jo plays a good cop to the antagonist
I guess I ended up enjoying it than most people and ended up giving it a 9. Just like the whole cozy feel and no antagonists. People might've felt that the relationships were bland, but they were pretty cute and realistic, less "k-dramafied" if you will.
Thought it was pretty good for a palette cleanser after binging thrillers. Really light and had a fun time watching. Though it did feel kinda empty, I have seen the webtoon fans not loving it cause of the changes, and I can kinda relate as someone who hates some of the changes made in some kdramas adapted from webtoons I read.
A rating of 7.3 is like a 73% on a test. It’s a passing grade. The rating reflects that the drama is average,…
Typically anything above a 7 is pretty good, but on MDL typically speaking anything below a 7.7 is rarely decent. The ratings for MDL and IMBD are different.
I've really been enjoying Go Soo in his recent projects this decade. From Money Game, to Missing s1 and s2 and even Parole Examiner Lee (which I felt was so underrated). Looking forward to this!
I still remember the day the first episode came out and I thought it was pretty interesting and thought about waiting till it aired to then binge it, but then covid hit and it became a hit but I got spoiled and didn't bother watching it. Gonna check it out again.
