I'm willing to ignore this subplot. After all even though they lost the company they're still rich, just a little less rich. As for FL, leaving the company wasn't the main cause. FL just suddenly got more crazy than usual and bailed; that's also out of character as far as I'm concerned.
Anyways, I still really liked this drama but I acknowledge that its quality (read: writing) dropped a bit starting from episode ~23

FL is overly naive. She was taken advantage of again and again while learning nothing.
SFL is a typical cartoonish villain. After destroying FL's career she sees her suicide attempt I'm the news and she's like "I need her to sign slave contract so she can properly end herself". Like, wtf
ML just kinda exists. The way his character is presented I'm not curious about him at all.
I really like the premise of this show but the writing is not delivering, it's feels flat.
This might seem like a hate comment but I don't mean it that way. I'm just taking this drama for what it is; it's fine if you don't expect something excellent

Editing in the pilot episode was terrible. Starting from episode 3 it was fine but still felt forced.
The ending episodes. I'm pretty sure they cut big chunk of plot because what do you mean you're gonna sell your house just to repay your ex for helping you find a job? Furthermore this drama is slow AF but somehow they made it feel rushed in the last 2 episodes.
Side plots. The whole subplot with Jun should have been cut. It's not funny, not interesting, no chemistry. There was all that build up and then boom a scene where they're suddenly together which happens off screen.
Parents. It felt weird to see minimal interactions between FL and ML's father and no interaction between her father and ML.
So yeah, great main characters, great chemistry but weak script and editing
It doesn't matter if she did anything wrong. Her friend made a scene which offended the client so the root cause is FL unfortunately.
Employer doesn't care who's really to blame.
However, I don't really see a point of making her apologize. The client won't care. Her boss is just being an ass.
Tbh I never liked her boss. I think she's full of shit. She pretends to care about FL but she really doesn't. It's like she's playing with FL. If FL survives then good, if not then whatever

Furthermore, in today's episode he said something like "I let my pride go down the drain. That's true love" when he talked about washing dishes and letting the FL wash his shirt instead of dry cleaning like always.
As for comparing it to FL being unable to cook. There is a difference between not cooking and expecting your partner to do all the housework...
I like the drama but I must say I had higher hopes for the FL.
When it started FL's new beginning was implied but it's going in circles.
She gets the job, she acts out, she almost loses the job, now her friend acts out, she will probably take a hit again, and so on...
I hope it ends soon because it's almost half the show and there is little development in her career.

The only thing I can complain about is the soundtrack - there is this one song that sounds incredibly cringy, like a song for little kids. I hope it won't be used in later episodes
It is slow but I quite enjoyed the playing phase. Both of them are keeping their pretence in front of each other which makes good comedy along with the ML scheming all the time.
Negative reviews are mostly because of way too high expectations
The drama was advertised as romance which resulted in the wrong audience watching it. (at least that's my guess since most reviewers here are salty for no good reason)
It's for people who like slice of life dramas.
People who can enjoy a slow journey through life with no villains, no heros, flawed leads and beautiful scenery

Reading synopsis I wasn't sure if it's a romance plot or a rape plot. The wording is weird weird
The script is seemingly fine but it's bland. Every conflict feels like it doesn't matter; just something the story needed to keep it going.
Acting is tolerable but the dubbing is terrible. Not only it doesn't match their lips movement but it doesn't even match the actor's reactions.
I recommend only if you have nothing better to watch
