if he was in loveless/arranged marriage, I dont see the issue if he then divorces... unless the wife actually loves him, to be fair, then it would be wrong to start something before separation, but this cheating phobia is really sometimes so exgarrated on MDL... cheating is horrible, but there are various circumstances (no, I am not saying its okay to cheat because you had a fight with boyfriend or anything like that, to clarify...)

I still hope and think ML will survive and will get surgery in thr USA or something. Hopefully. I just think its super unlikely they would spoil that in the preview. I think at worst his fate would be uncertain, but hopefully there really is succesful surgery, maybe with some kind of help of his father, for example?
