I don't get why some are confused, if Seo Eun is in military or a lawyer. She's both. You can be part of army and a lawyer, at the same time, you know. Overall it was very good and it stayed realistic. Some of you are too harsh and I don't get what you expected, then. But yes, first season was a little better.

well, I likes episode 3 a lot, didn't seem like a filler when season 1 was like that (more episodic, focus on different cases)

they will be very different... only similar thing is people voting if the person is guilty/should be punished, everything else is completely different, whether the story, characters etc.

The age gap doesn't mean the romance must be between the two main actors, at all. Almost surely, FL will have some romance with SL (the younger guy). But then again, she would be in her 20s and the older guy in his 30s - not a big deal. She is not a teen, when they meet.
