It is mostly "alternative" historical drama - different from Joseon or Goreyo. Probably, there is inspiration from wuxia, but it is still different in most ways and I would not call it a rip off...

Excited! Guys, I understand your sadness and disappointment. BUT if you loved the drama and story, and not just the main actors, try giving it a shot. Think of it as the older versions of them, 10 years after. I hope you won't give any hate to actors or the drama. Xx

Many law dramas are great. There are loads of cliche chabaeol romcoms and no one really minds.

The article doesnt look that official and convicing, so not sure. The test shooting already begun and I thought the script is done now. So I though they would start shooting this year. Lets see :)

I think, he will pull it of and will do a good job. Not sure how many dramas of his you watched, but he is getting better and better :)

I think it could mean something... I mean, the hair lenght is quite similar to the "shorter hairstyle" of the main character, just less curly.

I would say, that the melodramatic parts were done well and I liked it more. The comic relief was in every episode and the main was still dark, they couldnt just stick to comedy all the time...

If Lee Joon Gi is really cast, please show your love and support. It is not his fault and he is a great actor (plus, with the 10 year time jump it could even make sense). Who knows... Still no confirmation, but I think it will be, by the end of this month.

You should try watch historical dramas. Many of them are incredible (Moon Lovers, Mr Sunshine, The Red Sleeve...) :)

I doubt it will be something terminal, and I think he definitely won't die.

I don't think it will be too serious (as of cancer), there would be no point. Either just healthscare or something like pneumonia, nothing terminall. If anything, I am sure he would be healthy (again) in the end.

I like the second part of drama, more than the first. Did you guys seriously think, that they will just giggle in the fish shop for 16 episodes, when the first episode made it clear, that the heavy part and topics will come? I don't get it...

For now, I think it could be the friend. As you said, he looks too nice and it happened after Chang Ho got him involved... The father in law... I don't see it at all, it doesn't make sense to me, but who knows. As for Chang Ho, I had that thought for a second too, but only if he had some kind of split personality disorder, which is hightly unlikely. We shall see, but so far the friend makes most sense to me, but at the same time, they can still make it shocking.

I think Chang Ho's friend (lawyer), might be Big Mouse.

He has such a sweet, kind smile :)

I like the ending. The last few minutes were great and it ends perfectly, not too sweet, but realistic.

My guess would be summer/autumn 2023 for season two, hopefully.
