The childhood sweet heart thing is rarely seen or feltā¦ i think the last time i saw limao and jiayu spend time together was in ep 5 or 6 during that festival thing.After that, they had might have talked a few seconds but itās usually about wuyi wuyi wuyi coz jiayu just cant stop talking about him š but they are rarely seen together, except that ep. Im not sure when jiayu fell for wuyi. She doesnt like literally states it or tell people how she feels. Instead, she shows it in her actions and her eyes and the smile she cant hold back when sheās with wuyi. She starts looking at him in a different light around ep 5. then later starts worrying and caring about him even more after that. Itās a slow burn but their dynamic is so addicting and satisfying.

If its acting, i am half convincedā¦ lol. But then i keep going back to hmhās farewell letter about xiao wuyi and limaoā¦ and been trying to analyze what he meant. Did he say āshouldve lasted a lifetimeā because it didnāt? How about āhearts may waver but you always considered him a brotherā ? š„ŗ he just got me treating this letter like a puzzle lol

My favorite part about this show is their team dynamic. They complement each other. šÆ They have what I wished Glory (the one with hmh and nazha) had bc glory had potential for a power couple but it ended up solo power lol (still loved it tho). š
