Guys i just got caught up with the latest episodes (ep 14) omg… and all i can say is that i’m enjoying wuyi and jiayu’s teamwork while wuyi secretly longs for her 😭😭 they’re like the best partners in crime that i’ve seen in a cdrama. Plus they’re such a funny duo 😭😭😭 really don’t judge a book by its cover. I know neither have confessed their feelings yet, but for me that is what makes it so exciting. And since they are partners in crime, or like besties rooting for each other’s goals and happiness, it helps prevent miscommunication. I am loving it ♥️ I wish there were more than 28 episodes so I can enjoy them being like this. Just two people learning to trust each other and forming a team/friendship ♥️ Usually when a cdrama makes the leads become a couple early on, it starts getting boring and they have to create a lot of misunderstandings to add conflict to the story. For this one, I don’t think they will become a couple until there’s only a few eps left—which means it won’t be boring (though it might be emotionally heavy) 😭 Dude I’m so excited!!!! Also their relationship is leaning on being innocent. People who want kissing scenes in cdrama should just watch something else because then they will be disappointed with this one. Let me, and other watchers who prefer a good storyline and acting over kissingscenes/ratedscenes enjoy this ourselves. If you want kissing scenes, go watch love in the clouds or prisoner of beauty or love for you or idk 😂
Im really loving the slow burn romance. We’re more than half way and it still seems unrequited with wuyi being friendzoned every episode LOL. Poor wuyi but i’m enjoying it though because I know it’ll be satisfying when jiayu reciprocates his feelings.
Im scared to finish this because what if one day im gonna be like “i wanna forget everything about this show, so i can watch it again and feel like it’s my first time watching it”
This show is making me feel nostalgic. Sometimes it gives off classic kdrama vibes too :o so good. I really dont want it to end. The unrequited love is so engaging and the intrigue is nonstop. The plot is so interesting.

Keep watching . On ep 6, the crown princess literally said “i forgot to tell jiayu that my son is not wuyi’s son” or something. I love all his fake wives 😂
The truth is… I’ve been awakefor more than 24 hours since this premiered. I have insomnia now, not just pimples. I haven’t even finished watching because I had to work. I just kept thinking about it and couldnt sleep lmao even when i was treating my patient, i was imagining treating xiao wuyi’s head. My poor poor patient be wondering why im so quiet. It’s because of kttph. The show is so engaging, but I’m scared for it to end.
I just finished two episodes, and it took me this long because of the ads and now I have to sleep 😴 but lemme tell you this, the moment I clicked play, I was so excited or something my heart was pounding. First two episode are really interesting. I like Peter Ho and Aimi and Hou Minghao’s comedic timing. And of course HmH’s villainous aura. The story is really intriguing like I dont think I can sleep without imagining what might happen next, the action scenes and cinematography are better than expected, and the acting the chemistry of everyone the leads the villain just soooooo good in my opinion. I usually avoid love triangle, but I’m fine with this because it’s so very very mild and yet so intriguing and I am actually looking forward to it 😆 I am hooked but I don’t have access to VIP episodes yet. 🥲
My favorite parts so fat in ep 1-2: *Every Xiao Wuyi villain villain aura aura *Xiao wuyi and Xie jiayu first meeting at the boat! I wanted it to last longer 🥹 Gaaaah they’re so funny and cute together. I thought this was gonna be sad. But I’m not complaining.

Oooh nice! I work noc shift, so i’m used to sleeping late at least 3-4 days a week. My only problem is my pimple. I just got a new one today. 😂 Gonna blame HMH if I get another one 😂
