First 9-10 episodes of season 1 gave me a dream and then everything after snatched it away.
Remember when Drake and Alys went to Mom's grave and said he is going to marry her? They were so sure about each other. This is one of those shows where love triangle was really really unnecessary. I can not root for anyone here. I was so looking forward to this season. It is just sad.

anyway, I'm happy for my girls hanju and soohyun. I was rooting for them and they seem like they've indeed found someone they want to connect with. I hope they meet them outside and date :)

I wouldn't call it sad? it is more of an open ending but it wraps up the drama going on but it ends like there would be a future season yk? i feel like there were a lot left to tell and experience with them.
I would def suggest checking it out. this drama was great despite its flaws and the ending makes you feel so much for all of them.

I'm not a fan of either of the drama? the only reason I mentioned POJ here is because everyone was spamming it so I naturally grew curious and added it to my tbr but upon watching it, I didn't felt the same and stated my opinion. that's all there is. it is not like I watched them one after the another and compared them.
I'm not spamming or criticizing, I'm giving my honest review. Blossom's budget was never a problem, it was the storyline. they fit everything in last 10 episodes and otherwise it was too slow. it also never reached a point of peak as displayed in ep1.
ep 1 was so good that it fails to compare to itself only. also the poison of madness was very out of touch. there is also death of ming and her mother and others too. it felt like leads deliberately left them to their own devices despite knowing they will take turns for the worse. if song mo had talked to song han, he wouldn't have gone crazy. he was clearly depressed and song mo didn't bother with him at all and was living his happy days.
The aesthetic and beauty given to this show is great and given the small budget, it is to be praised but that doesn't mean all aspects of it is good and praises has to be lengthen to all the things. I liked some aspects but didn't like many others. I called it average till 25 and better after. gave it 8 and I don't think it is worthy of 8.8 so I stated my opinion. I'm not sure what else am I supposed to say here

I already said I liked the couple and their story but everything else is very average. it failed to exceed my expectations, so yes it is overrated for me. people always says it is better than POJ and I didn't feel the same. people are spamming it everywhere and says it is great so I came with lots of expectations but it wasn't even as good as the dramas I have watched, much less better than them. but I still understood the significance and said it is average.
if I listed all the faults in this drama, it will take too long. all I'll say is it is okay to not like something that others like. if you liked this drama, I'm happy for you but don't hate on my opinion just because you did.
