I feel like we lived in flashbacks and the moment the climax come, it was already over?

I'm not a fan of either of the drama? the only reason I mentioned POJ here is because everyone was spamming it so I naturally grew curious and added it to my tbr but upon watching it, I didn't felt the same and stated my opinion. that's all there is. it is not like I watched them one after the another and compared them.

I'm not spamming or criticizing, I'm giving my honest review. Blossom's budget was never a problem, it was the storyline. they fit everything in last 10 episodes and otherwise it was too slow. it also never reached a point of peak as displayed in ep1.

ep 1 was so good that it fails to compare to itself only. also the poison of madness was very out of touch. there is also death of ming and her mother and others too. it felt like leads deliberately left them to their own devices despite knowing they will take turns for the worse. if song mo had talked to song han, he wouldn't have gone crazy. he was clearly depressed and song mo didn't bother with him at all and was living his happy days.

The aesthetic and beauty given to this show is great and given the small budget, it is to be praised but that doesn't mean all aspects of it is good and praises has to be lengthen to all the things. I liked some aspects but didn't like many others. I called it average till 25 and better after. gave it 8 and I don't think it is worthy of 8.8 so I stated my opinion. I'm not sure what else am I supposed to say here

I'm not hating on it. I stated my honest opinion and that's my review. I'm allowed to mention if I don't like something. You shouldn't attack people for difference of opinion.

I never said it is a bad drama and the things you mentioned? I already said I liked the couple and their story but everything else is very average. it failed to exceed my expectations, so yes it is overrated for me. people always says it is better than POJ and I didn't feel the same. people are spamming it everywhere and says it is great so I came with lots of expectations but it wasn't even as good as the dramas I have watched, much less better than them. but I still understood the significance and said it is average.

if I listed all the faults in this drama, it will take too long. all I'll say is it is okay to not like something that others like. if you liked this drama, I'm happy for you but don't hate on my opinion just because you did.

I feel like the ending was cut short for some reason. We don't see them taking the picture together and we never see the police side arriving on the scene though I believe that's implied?

yeah he was never a good guy but you can see he had to do something to get there. otherwise he would be abandoned and he did things so he could get his favour and worked hard. i mean he is the psycho who made segye look like a bad guy but it is all so he could have a place in grandfather's home and grandfather knew that. instead of teaching the kid that he doesn't have to do all that and making a place for him, he made both of them suffer. used mun do for everything and letting se gye face problems just because he doesn't stay where he wants him to and yet giving him everything just because he is the real blood and made mun do fake promises to keep him working like a dog.

all of this could've been managed if he'd done both of the boys right.

I hate the grandfather the most. choi mun do was crazy but grandfather purposely use him for all his worth knowingly, even taking his kidney and making him work for 20 years under him, yet still seeing him as a lowly bastard.

He is the bad guy here. he could've removed him from the start but didn't, for his benefits and then calling him a debt. LOL if anything, he should pay mun do for everything and grandfather is the one who owes him his life.

it has been so long since slap/kiss trope was done that I thought it was a dead trope and not only did they revive it, they did it so tastefully, I'm swooning yayayaya

can someone tell me what are the differences between novel and drama? i heard some plot arc wasn't in the novel at all but added for drama in the series and it makes it a mess?

I read the novel years ago but never completed it so I'm not sure but I think the romance between second couple wasn't a thing? and I could tell just watching them they felt off somehow lol
