1-the Islamic Crown Prince touching a lady. So I saw this in a review and I won't claim credits for this please…
These are not flaws, this isn't a documentary. Most of these dramas from Hollywood, South Korea are unrealistic. The head shot of the female hotel staff in first episode would have had her brains splatter all over the FL's clothing. Cars exploding would have had a debris field and "everyone" disappeared too quickly.
You can rate the episode you watched but online trolls have a pattern that's easily spotted as they rush to pass judgement early on the entire series before its completed.
It can be positive or negative.
You've ordered a meal at a restaurant but noticed a napkin on the floor and have determined the food is inedible before it arrives.
Dislike of an actor, director, writer and rate post negative comments. Insist their opinions are relevant, free speech hiding behind anonymity.
Vice Director loses, those who joined her will be looking for work. WHW isn't required to hire them. That weasel who stole her material won't have his contract renewed.
Or you could have missed the point completely, the FL chose to return to complete her University with a Law Degree.…
The FL isn't a damsel in distress because she collapses under the pressure, the ML isn't a knight in shining armour. Life happens and we see them as flawed.
ML is simply the catalyst, his affection for the FL awakens the parts of her life she buried. She chooses to move on from the drudgery of being an Instructor. His promise to be supportive doesn't meet the criteria of Knighthood. His proposal was resized: no building, no fancy purses.
This wasn't a whirlwind romance that ignited after he joined the Academy.
Her confession about her life seems to have triggered some viewers.
The miscalculation of the Vice Director is foreseeable. The WHW outsmarting the Vice Director was obvious.
The angst of the Vice Director, repeated humiliation, miscalculations led to that confrontation. She was offered an opportunity to take an off ramp several times but her false sense of bravado ended with the WHW who doesn't suffer fools.
Mature viewers that have seen this, played out in their own lives get it. ---- No convoluted plot twists, Few, if any, glaring antagonists, A preference for narrative pauses where characters simply live.
This storytelling approach isn’t about reaching a climactic resolution; it’s about savoring moment-to-moment existence.
Or you could have missed the point completely, the FL chose to return to complete her University with a Law Degree.…
Nah
She paused her plan to pay a huge debt, help her brother, survive. She put her dreams on hold and forgot what they were.
You can't fathom why people choose to quit after putting in a decade clearly in a career.
What was her dream when she was tutoring, hired as an Instructor?
What were her criticisms of her last decade as an instructor?
You see it as a defeat and the ML as her saviour.
Others may see it completely different.
He was the catalyst for her to embark on her reflection. Her employer correctly validates why loyalty to is meaningless. Private education isn't similar to Public education with Pension/Benefits.
What hogwash did I just watch? After all that preaching and idealist ideas about being a great teacher and inspiring…
Or you could have missed the point completely, the FL chose to return to complete her University with a Law Degree. She put her life on hold, wasn't happy, realised her loneliness, drudgery her life became.
Those fast forward, scene skippers may have found this too complex.
Her independence does trigger those afraid of change.
I had a very different experience and find many of your supporting arguments lackluster. They were not in love…
Did we watch the same drama?
They were each other's first love. FL confession to her friend, she never treated anyone else like Junho. "My Pride" his name on her Cell. She brokedown crying over the Post-It notes he kept.
She states it was him during those years that made her happy. She was miserable, her friends were all better off, dating, traveling, graduating.
Both admit they are inexperienced when it comes to dating.
I'll ignore the rest because you missed the history of their relationship.
i'm on eo 14 and had to pause to come here and rant...... WHY does the FL, ML and director have no backbone!!!?????…
You appear to lack maturity or perhaps wisdom in understanding conflict.
The writing accurately reflects what happens when lies are spread. Some of us collapse, others react explosively, some take time to engage.
Johnny Depp was canceled by Studios because of an article from Amber Heard. The publicity had nearly everyone abandoning Depp. Do you believe his reputation is the same after his successful trial?
This Drama accurately reflects how we choose the path of least resistance to make judgments.
Victors don't walk away unscathed afterwards.
Defamation laws don't change our needs to not be embarrassed, humiliated.
Being disappointed in the direction, writing because the leads, Director, Colleagues didn't fight better is a reflection on your idealism or a lack of maturity.
The collapse, inconsistent response from the leads is believable.
Some colleagues jumping ship, joining parents without gathering more information is accurate.
The head shot of the female hotel staff in first episode would have had her brains splatter all over the FL's clothing.
Cars exploding would have had a debris field and "everyone" disappeared too quickly.
Normal people simply stop watching if they don't like it without the need to share their opinions.
That includes from all Studios outside SK too, you can quickly spot bad action, physical comedy on the screen.

Did you think E.T. was a documentary?
It's not his job to treat these viewers who have mental health issues.
WHW isn't required to hire them. That weasel who stole her material won't have his contract renewed.

You're bitter about this slice of life drama.
The leads were able to pit them against each other. WHW would poach only what she needed. She didn't need incompetent staff.
We see the autocratic management style of the WHW in several episodes. Mr. Pyo, FL understood it.
Vice Director wasn't an equal and lost everything to the WHW with her gambit. She had failed before and was warned she would again by ML.
You wanted fairytale where she vanquishes the system.
This isn't Legally Blonde -Elle Woods winning against the establishment.
Rational adults understood this drama and her decision to return in order to complete her education by passing the Bar.
Her being lonely, unhappy wasn't in the passing comments.
That scene was her confession to her best friend.
Epiphany is something that isn't required in the first episode.
Some viewers wanted a heroine defeating the evil forces in Hagwons.
We rational thinking viewers can understand her choices.
FL being a smart person did what's best for her.
Everyone is replaceable. The Academy survives by an investor who's conditions were to advance her future daughter-in-law over the FL.
The writing was on the wall.
Some viewers can't accept that choice.
She paused her plan to pay a huge debt, help her brother, survive. She put her dreams on hold and forgot what they were.

Her decision to exit that chapter is coherent.
She put her life on hold, wasn't happy, realised her loneliness, drudgery her life became.
Those fast forward, scene skippers may have found this too complex.
Her independence does trigger those afraid of change.

Do you need everything spelled out?
Investor gave the Academy an extension for the next cycle. Every year Businesses have to assess threats and opportunities.
Vice Director, Instructors that resigned got burned. WHW autocratic Mgmt style doesn't permit any negotiations.
FL is off the market, went back to finish her studies (Law Degree)

Life's unfair, there's no guarantee.
For some viewers, this can't be allowed.
Some viewers forget this Drama isn't a documentary and get too immersed in the storytelling.
EP16 is the payback, not coincidently.
I'm hoping for a proposal in the epilogue six months flash forward.
Can't drop shows you don't like without whining about it first?
You : "I'm entitled to it, free speech!"
Reality: You're not free from criticism when you post online.
