You see this in almost every drama with background music, hands, feet, glances but some viewers choose to ignore the focus by the director.
Similarities: FL is mimicking Gil Ra Im's one-sided crush in Secret Garden with her feet, playfulness for Osaka (2ML) FL has this one-sided crush with the 2ML.
ML in both can't understand why he's obsessed, jealous and acting crazy. Both ML's are talking to themselves to get a grip.
Fantasy, non-linear storytelling, flashbacks seems to confuse some people. DWY we see both leads fighting their "fated destiny" Some people can't put the pieces together (Title, flashbacks, Eu Wol) and have a completely different analysis.
You read comments and some of us think they are watching another drama.
It reminds me of students in math class who didn't have the correct answer because they weren't paying attention, didn't understand the question or how to solve it.
Both leads reveal secrets, fears which don't happen without trust.
Secondary characters are simply background noise that add suspense, hurdles for the leads to overcome.
