I loved everything about the show except them making jongsuk a hero at the end. Kyng min was shown as a murderer…
For the diaries, Kyung Min had an A and a B diary. Together they told the whole story, but diary A had everything except for how Chul actually died. Diary B explained the true story of how Chul died. So Jong Suk wasn't in the article because the journalist only had diary A. The female detective Jin Ah gave diary B to Chul's mom, so she did find out the truth behind her son's death. I agree with you though I think Jin Ah should have still explained more to both Chul's mom and the public about what really happened and why.

I liked this drama a lot but it was so annoying how it was a constant plot point that everyone at the shopping street thought it was weird when "Eito" couldn't remember something or would act differently than before the accident. How do the characters never think "oh maybe he doesn't remember this because he had a traumatic head injury" ?? Even Eito/Neo never just says to them "I don't remember because I was hit in the head with a giant object" to divert suspicion. So frustrating fr 😭
