A lot of the comments here are negative, but I actually enjoyed this movie! I understand how the ending could be disappointing, but I love how it leaves things up to the viewer's interpretation. It ends in a way that either explanation could be the truth and the viewer is the one who can decide for themselves what the truth actually is.

I actually didn't hate this as much as other people seem to. However I am annoyed that none of my questions from the first movie were answered and now I only have more questions lol. I feel like nothing was ever explained about the organization and why they started these human experiments. There are also so many characters but none of them are fully characterized. Like what are everyone's motivations? Why are they all fighting each other and not the organization that made them the way they are and also tortured them? Is any of this answered in the Tyrant drama?

Yes I think so. The police team is the same as in Veteran, but it's a new case. You don't need to know any info from the first movie to watch this one.
