I am putting all ongoing dramas back on hold lol the ABUNDANCE of sad or disappointing endings this year even in the least expected rom com modern dramas to fun loving ones, the sheer amount just in the last few months is i feel unheard of, especially when so many of them had an original work with a very happy ending, I'm just so tired 😮‍💨 but this drama is so friggin good I'm hoping express will drop on this one very soon so I can hopefully continue to watch these amazing ppl 🙏🤞❤️

going to finish this despite the lack of SOMETHING MAJOR in romance because I love Ziqi and Miaomiao so I'm totally fully convincing myself Moonlight is the sequel as the only thing lacking in this is in abundance there, they are just so dang cute here and I still love them but now that I'm fully committed to finishing for Ziqi and Miaomiao I want nothing to do with the second leads story at all , I have now been busying myself with laundry or whatever when their scenes come on but my eyes still lock on the screen for my favorite couple🥰

yes the novel did, he was very frisky and wouldn't stop touching her even to just play with her hair a lot in the novel and kissed her A LOT, I'm so disappointed, I'm still going to watch through my disappointment but it's definitely going to take me longer than what I thought would be a binge watch knowing there's no kiss to look forward to, I'm watching out for this director because apparently he known to cut kisses, don't know if it was him or not but im more weary now, this is what I get for finally committing to an ongoing 😂😂😂

most of me had NO doubt they would give us at least one , because this is a known kissing couple, and the writer writes kisses in her other shows, the ending is what I expected for this genre so I'm satisfied with it and would've given that a pass, but I'm having more trouble than I thought I would about the no kissing, even with moonlight as a backup

the ending being the way it was doesn't bother me, I see it as a happy ending because they may not show his face but a bunch of ppl say his name and he says her name, I'm more irritated about reading there is NO kiss scene😑🙄

i think on this one it's subjective, some say slow, some say it was too fast, and others say not enough, I personally think it has a lot of romance, I feel like he falls for her pretty fast by how he looks at her and little way he treats her even if he's supposed to hate her, he gets jealous quite a bit but doesn't want to admit it so I don't think much pining as he knows but also doesn't lol and then I feel like after they find out eachothers feelings they are super cute and loving, just lacking a kiss of course lol

it's definitely spicy, and one of the extra chapters could be triggering , I love spicy so I enjoyed it but I think it may be out of your comfort level, it's not super detailed or anything tho but I read american fantasy romance so chinese novels are super tame to me 🤣
