The comments here are positive about the make-up and costume, but I have seen more negative comments on X and IG, so are they just haters or fans also disappointed???

In ep3 when the guy put his hand down there and starts kissing the girl she kinda resists/looks not interested, so the guy asks is it okay, then she says okay and but, but he proceeds to kiss her then they have s@x
So my question is did she give him consent or not???
