Yes. My thoughts exactly. While watching S1 I was already like "why does everyone have the urge to push Wayu into a new relationship ASAP?" He was clearly still dealing with his past one with Pha. And he won't die if he stays single for some time. Yesyes, it's a romance drama. But we had one proper couple, one & a half confusing ones and one broken one. And it would also fit the show to present how to deal with the end of a relationship.

What exactly happened there? And when was it (might be easier to google it if I at leats have a date).

Well, fair enough, might be, you commented a lot, defending a lot...for whatever reason. But humor me and spare me scrolling to my death if you did indeed answered that specific question somewhere - I did not find whatever you view as a proper answer to this question...
So again... what does change this main issue a lot of people have if they continue watching? Bc I have a feeling you simply can or chose to ignore this issue (in that case good for you - honest, I mean it), then again it also seems that you yourself seem to have a problem with accepting that not everyone views it the way you do - hence your somewhat vague answers every now and then.
We all love EarthMix, but it's just a bit harder to enjoy their scenes this time (bc Win IS in Lin's body during it all - no matter any arguments) and to not be too comfortable with it is a totally valid feeling. Yours is too in a way. If you want to accept it or not...

And don't get me wrong. I for one will continue watching for now. I was just genuinely wondering what you could mean since you're defending it so fiercly.

Haven't watched it either (well at least not the whole 9 ep that are out yet), but... ultimately, which bothers me the most... everything that happens between them happens via Lin's body...doesn't it!? Srsly, doesn't it!? You keep hightlighting "but you haven't watched it yet" under every critical comment. So what do you mean will happen to this specific problematic issure ppl have with it - how will continuing watching change that?

Yeah but, is it prejudice if I just find it wrong whenever they're slightly intimate - even if it's "just" Korn's massage - or is it sane objection, bc it all happens to Lin's body!? That's sooo weird and basically not ok at all. Sure you could choose to ignore that for the sake of their romance, but I for one can't forget about that. Not sure if I even want to.
I don't doubt that the quality of the show is actually amazing, the actors sure are, but the plot is highly questionable.
And that annoys me to no end, bc I was so looking forward to EarthMix's new drama -.-

There's this scene of Korn massaging "Win's" leg on YouTube, usually such a sweet moment. But here I am thinking... yeah but this is Lin's body, so ... you shouldn't... but I want you to be closer... just not with Lin's body in between. Haaa, I just wanna enjoy iiiit :(

Any tips on how to forget that it's Lin's body walking around? I just can't ignore it. The scene where Korn massages "Win's" leg... he actually massages Lin's leg and that's just naaaaah.... you shouldn't. But I'd love more intimate scenes. Just not like that. It drives me nuts.
And I wanna thouroughly enjoy it so baaaad. I just can't bring myself to forget about that. Especially in said intimate moments I usually love so much. But it's just a bit bite weird like that.

Well, that was that... didn't like it xD No idea why I stayed until the end. Hope dies last I guess. And I still simply love Mark & Kit - it wasn't their fault or tarnished their chemistry that their plot was ridiculously dumb.
But I generalls feel like every average Ao3 author would've come up with a much better plot. For everyone. So much potential. SO much. But no. Completely wasted on all sides.

And unfortunately Thanu & Wayu had no chemistry at all. No idea who thought to put those two together - though I feel like they didn't even know they wanted to present them as endgame in S1 (I mean there was this odd soulmate thing - what even was that!). But anyway, even Padbok & Wayu had much more chemistry in the 10 sec they interacted. Plus there'd also be a much better plot hiding in it :D

That being said: Really hope to see more of Kimmon & Copter!!!

Thanu & Wayu? Yeah, no. Me neither. There's already more chemistry between Wayu & Padbok (and I think there'd also be a better plot hiding inside this idea).
Mark & Kit are amazing though. Their chemistry, I mean. Their plot was simply idiotic.

agreed. this training to be apart was as stupid as could be. and the fact they even kept doing that during the funeral of their friend... nono, it was all crazily stupid.
the only surprising thing is the end of Ep11. That was a refreshing twist. Usually all the shows go this study-abroad way. Like if you don't you'd die. so for once I'm surprised. Positively.
But all in all I'm massively disappointed by the waste of potential. I was so excited for S2. I love Mark & Kit. Watched their parts of S1 a billion times, but whatever the producers smoked during S2... don't ever do it again.

I think this is the first and only positive thing I ever wrote about S2, but I'm also positively surprised about Kit NOT getting the scholarship. Not (only) bc I obviously prefer for them not getting separated, but bc it's nice that they show that studying abroad isn't THE thing to do and yes, you can also be happy about not passing sometimes.
We've all been there I think, applying for something or trying to archieve something but secretly hoping we won't succeed, bc frankly we don't really want to, but feel like we have to try anyway.
So, yes. I really like this twist. With all these insane chliches in this season, that's really a surprising twist. Would've never guessed.

Also Thanu & Wayu actually had cute moments in Ep.11 - still think they have no real chemistry, but at this point I take what I can get.

Sorry, I can't with them anymore. The very fact that they're "training" to be apart is dumb. Treasure the time you still have, and be apart if there's no other way until the year abroad is over.
But all this is one thing. The other is still keeping this crap up when Pha literally died!? When they're BOTH at the funeral!? HUH?? Dumb & ridiculous doesn't cover it.

Ha, srsly. I was so excited there'd be a 2nd season. I simply loved Mark & Kit - the actors per se - and loved to be able to see more, but it's been 10 ep. and I'm pretty sure I won't rewatch even one single scene. What the hell happened?

I agree with Michiru. Sure what matters is personal taste. But I really enjoyed WoH much more. TU is so depressing most of the time, and frankly so many characters are just insane or simply idiotic to no end. I think 5 or 6 were sane and deserved a happy end and no that definitely doesn't include Jiang Cheng in my eyes. Not. At. All. xD
Anyway, WoH also has highly depressing moments but all in all there's so much more joy, happiness and love <3

I think you know where I'm coming from, even without me explaining it (in detail). But like I said, that's on me - even though - while reading through the comments - I'm not completely alone with this feeling.

I'm still not sure whether or not this'll properly feel like a BL. It is, but isn't, but is... Don't get me wrong or bite my head of, it's just how I feel. I'm giving it a proper chance though, yet after Ep1 I kinda almost feel like "robbed" of one. Like a BL in disguise. Fake BL. No idea. I simply wished they'd have chosen a different story for those two. Then again, I belong to those who absolutely loath body swap, so I'm biased to begin with, I suppose x)

And regarding the 1st ep.: Love the actors, I see plenty of potential (for me to still like it)... but what kind of reaction of Win's was that!? I get he's upset about his father's death, but wow that was one hell of a horrible over-reaction towards his best friend.
