Now if i talk about Xiang Liu ,you all know his character is most popular among the novel readers and if he ends up with the FL i don't it would be as much popular as it is now and even if he had confessed to her i still think they wouldn't end up together instead it would repeat the history of Chi Yu & Ah Heng(Xiao yao's parents).getting the fl is not everything.in the end he didn't end up with her but she will never forget him in her whole lifetime.His character design makes him best character so it's better to not change anything even Tan Jian Ci himself said that Xiang Liu's ending was reasonable. Among The mls only Jing was the one who approached her from starting.He could leave everything for her,yes he is not physically strong like others.But he is the only one who can give xiao yao the life she wants which other MLs also knows very well .Even though Xiang Liu is my fav character but if i had to choose someone as my life partner then i would definitely choose Jing,I don't care them who finds him boring and their moments dull.ITheir moments always gives me warm feeling.
As for shipping everyone has right to ship(character ships) as their own preference ,be it yaoxuan,yaojing ,yaoliu or yaofeng.But please do it in a healthy way without triggering others,i said it bcz already some silly people started fighting over it.
