There are no instances of mortals or mountain gods being able to use sundial at all. Also, CH's power died when his puppet was diabled by WX and ZYZ using baize token and the sundial was already found by ZYZ but he said to her they are still stuck in there the illusion has not ended yet. So he asked her to use her Gloden eyes of baize order not baize token to find the door to go out of sundial. When she used it to bring everyone out of the sundial, the big sundial outside near YL glowed.
The sundial started working when her eyes glowed to enter it and it reflected in YL eyes because he was standing there thats all.

Sorry i just remembered that WX used her golden eyes of baize order to enter the dial. ZYZ told her its more powerful then the demons truth eye. No one else went in because they didn't have that power. She being able to use her baize power means baize token broken didn't effect her being baize goddess. Only powers related to the token's powers stopped working. She used her golden eye power to break sundials illusion and came out of it. Even zyz couldn't help them get out at that time.

Her life has already been prolonged by baize token when activated she didn't actively use baize tokens magic/power to increase her life. She still is a chosen baize goddess, even if token is broken. Her life span is not a divine power but a blessing to help her carry out her duties.
