I just wanna give a big shout out to the make up team for this drama, the detail to attention is absolutely commendable. When XZ found CY on the mountain side, she legit looked like she had frost bite and is on the brink of death. I love this kind of realism, whereas in some dramas the FL looks top notch perfect even after a death and life situation. This drama is next level in every department

I really love your analysis, I also feel like this scene was very well done. It's worth mentioning that XZ in the novel is not known to be a communicator, he lacks basic social skills and does not know how to verbally express his feelings, that's why he often uses physical actions to express his love for CY, either by forcibly kissing her, bitting her etc.. there is a scene in the novel when CY confesses that she loves him, he wanted her to kiss him (for her to make the first move) but instead of asking her, he literally stares at her until the poor girl gets it. Thats just how XZ is and I'm so glad they kept this part of his personality in the drama
