Actor Hyun Woo Seok looked like he was 1.90 m tall, but he’s actually only 1.82 m. I’m 1.86 m, and he still seems taller than me. I’m shocked—I thought he was at least 1.90 m. He looked huge in the drama.
I have a question because I just saw that all the characters are supposed to have been born in 2008 in the drama. Is that their actual birth year, or does it refer to the 2008 school year? Because there’s no way we’re supposed to believe they were born in 2008 😭😭
love this K-drama intro — it might honestly be the best one of 2026 so far. I’ve always said it: the best K-drama openings are the ones that show the actors themselves (not AI or animated versions), paired with a strong OST. That combination just hits different. I also feel like it’s a bit similar to the intro of “Still Shining”, maybe because they’re both JTBC dramas.
I love this K-drama—like, I *really* love it—and it’s so satisfying to see that almost everyone here feels the same way. I scroll through the comments and all I see are positive reviews for this drama. The performances by Koo Kyoo Hwan and Goo Yoon Jung are absolutely phenomenal. How is it only at 8.1? There must be people sabotaging it, it makes no sense.
“It’s a drama from ENA, for fuck’s sake… this is so annoying. Their shows are often pretty mediocre, even bad K-dramas, and I’m really worried this one will be the same.”
I finally finished all eight episodes, and even though I struggled to get through it, I have to commend the actresses’ performances—they were absolutely phenomenal. Kang Mina is literally incredible in this role; for me, she might even be the best here. I also think the two young actresses, Choi Ju Eun (Kwon Si Won) and Kim Shi Ah (Do Hye Rong), are phenomenal—they act so well, it’s crazy. Honestly, it’s impressive to see such young actresses outperform actors who’ve been in the industry for years. The performances are truly the drama’s strongest point, and I’m so happy to see my fairy So Nee again.
The fairy Park Bo-young is back 11 months after the incredible Our Unwritten Seoul, the best K-drama of 2025. She’s returning in a completely new genre, and I’m so excited. I’ve been waiting for this drama ever since it was announced, and they even filmed abroad (in France, I think). Finally, a drama that breaks away from the usual. I’m hoping for a style similar to Low Life, which I absolutely loved.
I first discovered Jeon So Young in *Crushology 101*, but when you compare her there to how she looks here, you’d never guess it’s the same person. Honestly, she’s almost unrecognizable. There are quite a few actors and actresses like that—just a different hairstyle, lighter makeup, maybe a bit of artificial tanning, and suddenly they look like a completely different person.
It makes me wonder whether something like that would work for regular people like us. I feel like you see this transformation more often with actresses than with actors. Male actors, even with different hairstyles, usually still look pretty recognizable.
According to my theory, IU will sing an OST for the K-drama—and it’ll be a surprise. She’ll probably perform a song for the 12th and final episode, which comes out on May 16, the same day as IU’s birthday. Right now, we have 11 singers for 12 episodes. Honestly, I stand by my theory that IU will be the final singer for the drama.
I keep saying it, but I absolutely love these kinds of dramas—the ones that break you and rebuild you at the same time. It’s literally my favorite genre. Recently we got the incredible *“In Your Radiant Seasons,”* which I recommend to everyone. I loved it, and every single character in it is a green flag. Honestly, it’s beautiful, and now I feel like I’ve found that same feeling here too. Thank you, Korea, for this kind of K-drama 🫶🏻
I don’t know, but I just can’t get into this drama. There are 8 episodes, and normally I’m used to finishing them the same day, but since Friday I’ve only made it to episode 5. I really can’t get into it—I don’t find it that interesting. Honestly, it’s not terrible, far from it, but I’m just not really enjoying it.
The scenes with Dong Man’s brother are so hard to watch—seeing him stare into the void as if he were dead inside, and then the scene with the rope… I got chills all over my body. Park Hae Joon—what an actor, he’s incredible.
I also feel like it’s a bit similar to the intro of “Still Shining”, maybe because they’re both JTBC dramas.
Personally, I can’t stop listening to this OST, *“Would You Marry Me”* sung by Jung Seung Hwan: [https://youtu.be/BfgSfg2GaHM?si=ucHpFYCCFIFFHHX9](https://youtu.be/BfgSfg2GaHM?si=ucHpFYCCFIFFHHX9)
