Cha Eun-Woo fans or Lee Jae-Wook fans? are you Kidding?
We all know why Cha Eun-woo is so popular, but there are still people who think he can't act. Lee Jae-wook, on the other hand, is actually a good actor — at least when he has a well-written script to work with.
How does Hong Min-gi have such insane popularity? Especially on this site — I've seen so many people hyping him up for years, even though he hasn't really proven anything and seems to make the same facial expression 24/7. Honestly, I think people are mostly obsessed with him because of his looks. I don't see the same level of popularity for actors like Yoon Chan-young or Ahn Ji-ho, who are better actors in my opinion. Looks, my friends. Looks. Looks are everything in this world. 😀
This is the second historical drama where I'm struggling with ZYR. I absolutely love him in modern dramas, but I just can't get into him in wuxia or xianxia dramas. Also, the actress looks much more mature and older than him, and it's really noticeable. He still has such a young-adult face — he has a real baby face. It's the same with HMH. Even though I adore him, there are times when I find it hard to watch him in these kinds of roles.
In just two episodes, this drama is already better than the recent ones we got from Lee Jae Wook and Shin Ye-eun. I really love the chemistry between the leads, they're both from the '98 generation, and the comedy side of the drama is actually pretty fun. The only problem, as always with Korean dramas, is that damn love triangle that will most likely lead nowhere, like 99% of the time. Now I'm really hoping that by episodes 5 or 6, Max will be out of the picture, because otherwise I'm dropping this drama immediately.
I'm starting Episode 1. A new adventure, friends! This is the first drama I've watched with Chen Duling. Why does she sound almost exactly like Esther Yu?
I really enjoyed this first episode. I honestly didn't expect there to be comedic moments in such a drama-heavy story. One thing that's probably going to annoy me, though, is that it looks like we're heading toward a love triangle with Hong Min-gi. Seriously, why? It's getting so tiring at this point.
Does Hong Min-gi always have that angry look on his face? If you pay close attention, no matter where you see him, he never seems to have a neutral expression. It always looks like he's angry.
I watched the trailer, and Shin Ye-eun looks absolutely stunning with that haircut. I fell in love a thousand times in just 1 minute and 35 seconds. A bob haircut is definitely her best look.
