So, I just finished the last episode. Dear X is officially over. It was a pretty cool month overall: a k-drama that starts off perfectly but gradually fades with each episode. Every Thursday, it felt like the drama was losing quality, and we just weren’t as into it anymore. Now, what should we take away from this finale? From beginning to end, Jae Oh and Jun Seo were basically Ah Jin’s lackeys, and the poor guys didn’t get a single moment of happiness. It’s honestly terrible how they ended up. For me, this is the most random k-drama ending I’ve seen since I started watching k-dramas. I don’t even know how to describe it—I’m just disappointed that we didn’t get to see Ah Jin fall the way he should have. And let’s be real: what was that completely insane accident? There’s no way you survive something like that. I seriously don’t get what the writers were trying to do there. Anyway, it’s done. I had originally given it a 9/10, but I’m taking off 1 point because the last two episodes were way below the rest.
The return of the incredible Park Seo Joon to close out 2025. Please, for God's sake, make us dream, give us a truly magnificent K-drama with beautiful OSTs and a real romance, please, a 10/10.
We're coming to the end of 2025, and now it's time to reveal my top three K-dramas of the year. For me, at least for now, these are my picks, but I'll have to wait until the last ones air in December. They are: - When Life Gives You Tangerines - Our Unwritten Seoul - Bon Appetit, Your Majesty
I absolutely loved OUS, clearly my favorite K-drama of the year.
This week, we lose two incredible K-dramas: “Dear X” and “The Manipulated.” November has been such a great month for K-dramas, and now we make way for the return of Park Seo Joon.
What a disappointment these last two episodes were, especially the finale. Damn, I don’t understand anything. First of all, how is Taejoong that strong? Wasn’t CEO An supposed to be insanely skilled in martial arts? How does Taejoong manage to overpower him so quickly? And then that happy ending… I knew it, damn it. I’m not disgusted by it, because with everything he’s been through since the beginning, he clearly deserves his happy end, but come on — you can’t just slap a happy ending onto a drama this violent. It doesn’t fit, and it’s not badass. But we all thought he was going to kill Eunbi’s father, and honestly I’m pretty surprised he’s still alive. Overall, it’s a good k-drama that lost its rhythm episode after episode, but I’m giving it an 8/10.
Friends, what are you watching on Monday/Tuesday? There's absolutely nothing interesting on, I'm not watching anything, but this is the first time in five years of K-dramas and I have to say, I'm scratching my head... 😂
I'm wondering about this, but honestly, it's impossible to find an interview about K-dramas. Especially one translated into English. I'm trying to search for the drama, but the only one I can find is on the TVING YouTube channel, and it's in Korean. 😀
Well, it’s the final week of the k-drama “Dear X.” We’re trying to predict what might happen in the finale. Honestly, it’s really hard for me to guess, but one thing is certain: I really don’t see a happy ending happening. I’m betting more on an open ending. Jae O and Junseo will probably distance themselves from her and keep their friendship away from all this. I can see a fresh start for those two, but Ah Jin’s ending seems much more complicated. I can imagine several possibilities, but I honestly can’t tell who would kill her — or whether she might kill herself. For me, it’s simple: she either ends up in a psychiatric hospital or in prison. There’s also an ending where she gets away and leaves the country, but I only see about a 10% chance of that happening. Honestly, this drama is really hard to predict. Maybe they’ll follow the webtoon, but I don’t even know how the original ends.

I guess they will start filming in January of the new year.
