I started it for the leads! I had seen them in other dramas and they didn't disappoint. Both leads and in general…
I expected 'her seeing future fragments' be more useful in plot! halfway in, it felt like they even forgot about it! why not try to change fate while knowing what might go wrong? it proved to be effective for poisoning scheme! I don't need a girl boss FL but she was waaaay too much of a burden! she kept making trouble! got poor man fugui killed!
The ending was so rushed that it wasn't really satisfying, although it was HE.
The amount of times ML just appeared out of nowhere is concerning lol! Not even stalkers are that accurate in their timing! how did the FL survive walking all the years they were separated? she would've died from car accident long ago the way she goes around!

Seeing the last episode, the leads had decent chemistry in the last 2 but don't know where all that were during whole drama!
Also ML saying he 'hated' the FL and now liking her now didn't make sense to me! he clearly was a tsundre vilian of her life in initial episodes.. like stopping the car when she fell or the coat in the party.. things like that means you have conflicted feelings!

Yeah, I know, I've seen some of their works, I think the bahavior of fandoms are different. I haven't witnessed such urge to give perfect score to keep the drama on top on jdramas, but I've seen that in K & C dramas.
This would make this comment too lengthy, but to give an example, Kdrama watchers usually think bellow 8 is too low (many kdramas are in 8.8/9 range)! So when they aren't satisfied with a drama their lower bar is around 6. That wouldn't reduce the overall ratings as much. (On a normal day without mass ratings of 1), its similar to Cdramas except their range is 7.5/8.
I've seen some dramas given 1 rates as it starts airing, so either a fandom boosts the rating with 10s to counter the 1s, or it damages the overal rating.

I think it's because Kdrama and Cdrama are more fanbase driven than Jdramas. (specially nowadays that many idols turned into actors, I'm not judging them, I mean idols have more of a solid fanbase to keep the ratings high and are kinda more competitive/enthusiastic than a regular drama watcher about the rating).
Aside from that, Japanese production are a bit different, they have a different feel that I can't describe and the style of acting might not appeal to Kdrama/Cdrama watchers.
I didn't like this as much as others did. It started great (specially the initial pig transformation) but then it turned into the typical mess that drags too long.. It got too boring I started skipping so I can finish it and be done with it.
