This one feels different! I've even re-watched the previous episodes many times and still didn't lose interest in it! there are 2 Japanese ones that I was looking forward to but looking at the direction they went, I'm a bit disappointed in them and the rest are just meh.. there is one drama (not a bl) that I'm enjoying though I'm holding back to know which episodes contain the angst and if it has HE lol!
Finished watching and the dubbing annoyed me till the end.Zhang Ji Jun carried the show!
yeah, watched the original one. the overall dub was okay, just for one character it felt off. I think the problem with his dubbing is that it mostly feels flat, not that it's out of sync.
The build up to the 'reveal' was lacking and if i don't see Sheng still pushing back and being difficult in the…
Judging by the emoji's in the schedule I think ep 11 and 12 might be about Sheng Shao You rejecting Huayong. there is heart emoji is ep12 as well but the one in 13 looks more like it. (these are all my speculations since I have not read the novel that far yet.)
5 days is too far away... I was waiting for the earthquake scene eagerly and they had to leave me hanging like that... I'm watching a bunch of dramas in-between yet I keep thinking about the next episode!
Ep 2... the backstory has started, though I'm not a fan of the way they did it.
It's nice to see fl's early days in prison as she just came in but the backstory was just thrown in out of nowhere without any way to announce like '5years ago' or such info to hint the timing and order of flashbacks. It's not impossible to guess but I find it more convenient if they did it.
Again the loose security is astonishing! the old lady could just enter without any reservation?? don't they check at the entrance?
I get that the personal questions are not allowed but why can't she smile? I was dumbfounded when the officer told fl 'your face' as if she wasn't supposed to be showing happiness.. no one else was there anyway! they act too much like robots, don't know if it's really like that in Japan's prisons.
The security is quite loose for a prison!the lady who came in as a costumer, took shots of the walls, the shelves…
I'm not worried about the hairdresser to be honest since they have tight security controlling her behavior and surrounding and the tools she uses. It felt like there is quite a prejudice against the whole beauty salon in prison taking costumers from people from outside, and it seems that the purpose of the lady who came in as a costumer was to find something to write some scandalous column to bash it. I think they'll try figuring her crime soon to use it against her and the beauty salon.
I'm watching ep4 and I'm fed up with Kanade's coworker... (ranting in spoiler)
Sumire-chan... Sumire-chan this... Sumire-chan that... can't she let go already?? Kanade rejected her. to be honest Kanade doesn't owe any explanation to her as to why he has rejected her. It doesn't matter if he is single or if he has girlfriend! She confessed and he rejected her! that should be end of her story! It's quite weird that she kept pestering him after he said he has a gf! Also the coworker's conversation at the cafe felt more like an interrogation. she already could guess the relationship, why is she forcing him to confess if he is gay or not? was she gonna go tell Sumire-chan that her crush is gay so she can move on? did she think how awkward it is for Kanade? Also I hated how she responded to Kanade when he said Sumire-chan is all good and cute and can find a better man. so what if he doesn't know. HE DOESN'T WANNA KNOW!! Just because someone has a hard life doesn't mean others owe them anything! I liked how Kanade talked back.. He responded better than I expected.
she pissed me off with her last sentence as well... be considerate of Sumire-chan as a coworker??? So what do we call it when roles are reversed and a guy keep pestering a female coworker to date them?? what was it?? oh yeah, harassment!!! It's embarrassing to watch them be so desperate and entitled!
Judging by the number of episodes, is each episode's duration 2 minutes?
where can I watch it?
I'm gonna give it a chance since the combination of psychologist and detective sounds interesting.
But this only made it worse!! watching the trailer made me anticipate the remaining episodes even more!!
I'm not sure if I want to watch all the abuse for nothing!

the first 2 are in my plan to watch list, I'll add the 3rd one to my watch list as well.
