True. Bangs-up Aaron Lai and bangs-down Aaron Lai are two very different images. Maybe something to do with how his eyebrows are covered and how that softens his face overall.
There was something slightly exciting about this for the first 7 or 8 episodes, then suddenly it got a little boring. This show is BL 101. Aside from handful of very good actors and a lot of funny scenes, nothing very memorable for me. One thing I can't shake though is how much of a personality Mork doesn't seem to have. I feel like we get a better idea of the kind of person Mueang Nan is than we do Mork. What is this guy about other than really, really loving Pi?

Yeah. She really didn't even need to be either . They could have plausibly written it as Mork's phone being stolen/hacked by any one of the dozen of MorkBam shippers surrounding him all day.
After reading the comments, I started watching this expecting absolutely nothing aside from fluff and hot guys. To that end, I'm completely satisfied so far (as of ep. 4).
This had me giggling the whole time and me realize how much I miss this series as a whole. I might have to go back and watch the whole thing again. I'm so glad that realized how special Rokkaku's character is and decided to give him his own little episode. I really loved him in the series as well. Well done.
When Oh-aew turns around to see if Teh's still there after he had already walked out....that moment when everything is telling you you did the most logical thing by ending the relationship, but your heart still pulls you back. I felt every ounce of that. Such a damn good episode.

What I didn't like: the plot: Well, not so much the plot as much as the resolution. Not being able to eat alone is clearly a symptom of some deeper underlying problem that Dieuw has. The show is set up around this and spends many episodes trying to resolve this. Seeking professional help is referred to at several points in the show and Dieuw had done so before, with no results, but still...why not just try again? It seems Mix was doing some of his own research with a doctor on the side though judging by the last episode. If we get a season 2 and all of this ends up getting resolved, then I can forgive this part about the first installment and just focus on what I really liked about it: the flirting, the food, and the friendship

The supporting cast was also really good and it was lovely to see so many BL faves throughout all the episodes. Speaking of MIR, I had HUGE flashbacks seeing Boom and Peak on screen again.
the premise: The premise is new and has potential, hopefully there'll be a season 2 because while I liked the premise, I didn't actually like the plot itself as much
visuals: All the actors are attractive. Not in a smoking hot kind of way, but they're all undeniably cute. I like yellow and blue, so Mix and Dieuw's clothes/apartment were just nice for me to look at.
For those confused as to what extent this is or is not a BL, I'd put it like this: there's BL among the side characters and it's heavily implied that the main characters have feelings for each other beyond friendship. This is actually said explicitly at some point. They also flirt quite a bit and it's adorable. However, there are no love confessions or romantic relationships. You know how in some BLs during the first 3-4 episodes, the main couple are besties and are all cute with each other and it's obvious they're going to end up together, but there's no actual romance yet? That's what this is for the whole time. This show's really not interested in exploring their relationship in an explicitly romantic way at all.
