Of course, my dear!! 😅 The problem is that after you let The Double enter your life, you don't let any other…
I'm telling you. I don't care how many people post in here and complain about there being not enough romance. These two sparring/flirting with words more than made up for it. Yes, the Candle Kiss was a terrible thing the director did, but those writers were so damn clever at insinuating things that surely sparked the imagination. For example, AFTER the stupid candle got in the way of the kiss, in the NEXT episode, the scene was XFF helping her brother to walk and there was the whole exchange of "my brother-in-law" between XFF, her bro and Duke Su (when he showed up to help). XFF touched her cheek in embarrassment. THEN, Duke Su asked to spend some time with her brother and said, "Don't worry, I am very gentle." The look they exchanged! Remember the night before, they had that candle-kiss. It took several times of rewatching for me to remember this because in between was a SYR scene with his Princess. XFF giggled like a schoolgirl and her brother patted his chest, looking embarrassed.
WTH did Duke Su mean with that "Don't worry, I'm very gentle" reassurance? LOL. I know on the surface it might be in reference to taking her brother for a walk, but I'm highly suspicious of these writers. LOL. There was an interview of the actors in one of the BTS about these words and they kept giggling and replying, "Oh, it's just that. He's very gentle." They certainly knew what they were trying to convey!

Yes, they almost immediately started speaking in terms of a play.
"If I didn't barge in today, you'd be singing a different tune now," Duke Su said, when the women were knocking at the door. "What are you going to show me."
"Do you want to see?" XFF extended her hands to him. "Tie me up and take me out. I will sing for your listening pleasure." (Wo cang gei ni ting) She was ALWAYS challenging and tempting him with a play/show. He was always curious enough to let her entertain him, LMAO.
Eh, I never really question her choice. That's her choice after changing from a man back to a girl and suddenly…
Well, in actual novel canon, Lost You Forever referred to CX. The novel had three sections: Lost You Forever, Miss You Forever, Love You Forever. However, drama Lost You Forever certainly pointed to XL. Tong Hua, the author, made this change, for sure.

My take is even simpler, just following drama and not the novel (which I loved). It is that the title is ironic because SY lost XL forever and didn’t even know it. She is forever oblivious.
