Oh I love Gu Jin so we’re in agreement! I just wanted to add that little bit about his one mistake. 😝
And to also add: the book is about the hidden and the anomaly. Feng Yin was an anomaly. There was not supposed to be two Fire Phoenixes at the same time. She was not supposed to live, but it was Revealed later that GuJin’s chaotic interference that allowed her soul pieces to stay alive. Then also, Ah Yin was an anomaly. She was not supposed to hatch. Her survival past ten years (again, with Gu Jin’s interference) was also another anomaly.
Lastly, GuJin’s resurrection was an anomaly. He was supposed to be gone forever but it was his initial boy crush interference that saved him if they show the epilogue (don’t know if drama will show this)).
Seeing these anomalies, the Final Big Bad in the last ten chapters, if they show it, will realize that his position as Big Bad was not set in stone and could be changed. I’ll just end here because lots of good Gu Jin stuff coming. 😊. GO GUJ you sweet Bendan!

Looking at VLinkage (popularity index using platform numbers and Chinese net searches), during the off days, on the 28th, Lu Si as Ah Yin dropped to #3 because of debuting new drama but has resumed her lead again the last two days.
