No. The novel is just a shell of how RICH the drama adaptation is. The novel is different in tone and manipulations. The characters in the novel are not romantic although the author tried to force it so. There is no rape in the drama,

Novel is toxic and cannot be adapted. You won't like the novel ML, trust me. The drama presented it better--he was cruel only from reputation. He did have a cruel plan but it was foiled as soon as it started in the palace because our heroine had her own thing going. It is a superb rewriting of the awful Wattpad attempt of the original novel.

Yes, it is better to convince her viewers and fans to reconsider than to rant. She has her funny moments, but many times the last few years, she has just been bored (she mentions this over and over) and a bored reviewer does not give anything positive for entertainment. This drama ENTERTAINS and that's the point she's missing.

This is better than the novel, trust me. People who give up want cruelty and abuse from the ML. Totally unacceptable as a romantic figure. If this was another genre, then they could follow the novel, but this is a historical ROMANCE.

Ah well. Did the lighting not suit her taste? I'd hoped that she would at least watch some of the fight scenes because she's so good at editing them into her videos. The first three episodes really couldn't be used for a whole review because the characters changed so much after they entered the palace. He was no longer so insane; she was more able to show her strengths and weaknesses; and we get to see the ten year grand plan failed and how our main characters adapted. Ah well. AvenueX is too busy playing that video game, anyway.
