Living with him is almost like a sibling of old fashion cupcake where you might find a lot of similarity in style because both drama share the same director and screen writer.

First of all, they have the same screen writer which explained why the flow of the story in the drama version was adapted in similar way.

Aside from that, both stories are started with two childhood friends who haven’t been with each other for a long time met again and sharing home.

Perfect Propose and Living with Him are different, but they are both providing cozy and comfortable love story about two people living under the same roof taking care of each other and figuring out their more than friends feeling.

One of the best worshipping romance done right. Mamoru and Hira both worship their crush and keep a distance because they can't handle their feeling which caused misunderstanding.

Both are MBS TV series and as manga reader I find Kaneda and Hira being similar in a way lol but the vibe is very different with Sepakoi being pure romcom while utsukare is more of bittersweet coming of age.

Both are MBS BL drama. Good quality Jdrama even though the genre is far from each other since Fukokiss is fluff romcom while Utsukare is more on the serious coming of age tone.

This was the first BL drama I watched and really liked a few years ago. I know KeiXYaku is not romance genre like trapped and focus almost completely on investigation part but the similarity between Police and Gangster working behind the back for the mysterious death of someone’s close to them is undeniable.
