Prime example of not letting the reviews steer me away from watching this. I actually enjoyed it. I love the analogy (or whatever it is called) of reaching up and reaching down to help someone up.
I liked it and I feel that something was missing. Like certain things were not flushed out or explained well. I was disappointed when Volunteer got caught. I was like, wait, is this it! That's how his story ends!
I liked the main leads working and friendly relationship. I felt like there was something going on or about to happen with Arikino and Yanagi. Yanagi seemed jealous compared to concerned when it came Arikino.
Besides the frogs and everything else she ate at that restaurant, the food in the show looked good. I like Vietnamese sandwiches and grew up eating them often.
Overall, it was watchable and had me smiling, partly due to "Greenhead" smiling all the time and the storyline. I wish certain things were flushed out and that we saw more the villain get his just deserts.
Ok, so, I've never been stabbed before and I'm pretty confident in guessing that someone stabbed near death with loss of blood, wouldn't be sitting upright in bed, legs hanging off, twisting their body (especially the side they were stabbed on) and hugging someone with pressure. Besides that, I liked this show well enough.
