I wonder.... if Haoming's mom didn't stop them, maybe Haoming and Yanyan would've made a bit more progress after…
I kind of feel like if he really tried, he could have found other ways to engage with and/or impress Mr. Baraikin. I love how he did it in a way that benefitted both of their businesses. And she should be bloody grateful because the investment Jiang Liang loves to boast about was frozen and her husband saved her. She also knows that playing the happy couple is part of the strategy to win over the Russian couple.
Instead of letting herself be manipulated by that viper, she should say, "You clearly don't know much about how a loving, cooperative marriage works, Douchebag Steve. The fact that my husband took steps that benefitted both of our businesses, instead of just his, was for him like flowers added to a scenic view!"
Thinking about rewatching this show, it’s not the best, but kinda a guilty pleasure hahaha
I just watched it for the first time and am feeling in love with Jasper Liu. He was both adorable and soooo sexy in this drama!!! i will definitely be rewatching soon, lol.
now that i am much older i dont hate sfl for her decision of abortion without taking the opinion of ML. her fucking…
At that point they'd been together for a long time. I'm all about "my body, my decision," but I think she should have discussed it with him. If it was a health issue, he would have understood.
Also, when she was in the hospital, it seemed like she was about to tell him she wasn't really pregnant but got interrupted. I can see her making up this story to seek attention from him, but it had the opposite effect. Did not like anything about her except some of the gorgeous outfits.
Hilarious, alcohol is the root of all evil, but it also gets out the truth. The next morning after the night of…
I don't think I've laughed so hard at an actual comedy. The first half of #26 was epically hilarious!!! The two drunks yelling at the bar and in the cab was wonderful, and I loved when he said, "Did you hear me calling you?" and she was, like, yes! And then when YYN and QL turned around and saw them at the fish tank? I'm cracking up just typing the words.
I'm so sad for the little boy and hope he and the father recover quickly, but at least it will bring Haoming and Yan together together. Is autism the right translation/word for ChenChen's condition? I think he'll get better, though, and hope we get to see it.
Agree that Steve is a total leech and that SHM needs to get better about explaining himself, but she also needs to stop letting Steve influence her so much because he clearly has ulterior motives--taking down SHM's business and marriage.
I was very entertained watching ep.25. Haoming's face at the end was priceless. I also like Xu Yan and Jiang Liang's…
I loathe Jiang Liang. Yan has already rejected him, it's clear she and her husband still love each other, and he takes every opportunity to interfere. Like, take a hint!
Let me tell you, tears were rolling down my face during the first half of episode 26 and I was howling with laughter. Then it got tense again.
Steve: STFU And why does Yan listen to him? Haoming is a businessman and also trying to win his father's and the board's trust. Plus, thousands of employees and their families depend on the company's success. Of course he's going to do what's necessary to build it, but that doesn't mean he doesn't love Yan.
Haoming has been supporting her and helping her but he's not an investor nor does he have any creative direction…
He entered them into that competition that turned things around. Their participation got revoked because of the internet troll scandal, so he did that interview which led to them being allowed to participate in the competition. They owe him a HUGE thank you! And because of what he did, the investment funds being provided by Jiang's company can now be unfrozen. I love our female lead, but that was just rude.
The investor helped her the most from the start when she was failing and clueless he deserved the praise
Yes, but she should have still thanked her husband because they had about a month's worth of capital before he signed them up for the competition, did that interview that allowed them to move forward in it after getting revoked, and brought the Russian bride to visit who consequently wore one of the designs to a major event. Once the internet trolls did their damage, Jiang's sister froze the investment and they could no longer access additional funds.

The fact that my husband took steps that benefitted both of our businesses, instead of just his, was for him like flowers added to a scenic view!"
Oh how I wish this series would never end.
