Very odd. This version just stops mid-drama... It should have at least another 30 to 60 minutes to wrap everything up. Did they decide to not film the final episodes and to just go with what they had or are all of the videos on YT missing the final portion of the drama? Drama literally just cuts off mid-scene (ML getting a phone call from his mom). The incompleteness of the drama accounts for its low ratings. What I watched was very good but ending the drama without wrapping up its storylines just left you hanging, especially since I have watched other versions and where this version stopped was no place near the end of the drama.
At 85 episodes seems like it should be roughly close to 3 hours long (85 episodes X2 minutes = 170 minutes) instead of the 135 minutes of the actual drama - perhaps missing the final 35 minutes...

All versions have been removed from YT. Sadly, someone appears to be very efficient. Do they really not understand our addiction???
An excellent version of the "Prince of Beijing" dramas. While the general premise is the same, the specific storylines of this drama have been changed significantly but in a good way.
I think it was mentioned somewhere that he never actually cheated, he just made it look that way to hurt her,…
Because of the subs, I think I miss a lot of the nuances in dramas so I always appreciate any additional insight!
I agree that the drama never showed him physically cheating, but he definitely emotionally cheated (he drove the FL to suicide in the first timeline) and I thought the drama indicated that he was meeting with the SFL a lot behind the FL's back. FL even befriended the SFL in the second timeline and positioned herself to be present when the ML and SFL first met and where the ML fell in love at first sight with the SFL. The ML didn't deserve a second chance but was saved by the "knife wound of forgiveness," which sadly seems to be deployed a lot in dramas. I also thought it was a cop out by the writers to turn the SFL evil. Not my favorite kind of drama but I kept watching, so it must have at least kept my interest...

There seems to be a lot of actors in vertical dramas that are together in real life. They must be afforded more freedom to date than the actors in network drama are allowed.
