Had potentials but lacked something along the way!!!
Episodes 1 to 4 were hands-down the best! The fight scenes had real intensity, and the male leadās emotions were everywhere. In these episodes, EuiGyeomās desperate struggle for survival was clear, his ability to learn his opponentās moves added flair to the drama, making every fight feel meaningful and purposeful.
The masked era felt like it came and went in the blink of an eye, I expected more battles and hidden identities, but it ended too fast, leaving a sense of loss.
The worst father of the year? Absolutely. He treated EuiGyeom just like his own father treated him, despite losing a child. Youād think heād be more lenient, but nope! His mother wasnāt much better, she stood by and watched her eldest son suffer, but at least she came through for the younger one. Maybe thatās a step toward redemption?
EuiGyeom endured torment from his brother, father, and grandfather, which took a serious toll on his mental health. Fighting was his only release, and he did it brilliantly.
The SML, he seemed like heād be the stronger one, but in the end, he lacked the will and ability that his early portrayal promised.
Some fights were just unnecessary, like the one with the guy in the cap. His presence felt pointless, like they were stretching out the story for no real reason.
There were some golden moments too. One scene in 8 was so wholesome, the way he looked at his father before stomping on the bad guyās leg was perfect. And during the fight, the transition showing everyone who had ever angered him? Masterful.
But wasnāt the trip supposed to be a rehab? Instead, it was more like a survival ground for a high school student battling mental health issues. Are they hinting at a Season 2 with this?
Overall, Episodes 1ā4 were peak storytelling. I might just pretend 5 and 6 never happened, but the backstory in 7 was solid, and 8 was passable. If they had kept the intensity of those first four episodes, this couldāve been a truly great drama!

A Disaster of a drama
Honestly, Dream to You is one of the worst Kādramas Iāve watched this year. It started off looking promising, but quickly spiraled into clichĆ© chaos. The writing was inconsistent, shallow, and skipped over the important issues it pretended to raise. The second lead couple had potential at first, but their story went downhill fast after the motherās antics. The writer basically forgot about them, leaving their arc unfinished and frustrating. Meanwhile, a third couple was thrown in for no reason, serving zero purpose in the drama.
On top of that, we got random family feuds, a cancer subplot that was barely touched, and YiJaeās character written as a doormat only to flip into a lastāminute āI love myself moreā speech, followed by a breakup just 30 minutes before the finale. It felt like emotional whiplash.
To make it worse, the abusive father faced no consequences while the good dad was punished with cancer. Add in midātier acting, and the whole drama felt like wasted potential.
Bottom line: Dream to You was a disaster from start to finish, messy script, wasted couples, useless subplots, and lazy execution. Definitely one of the biggest disappointments of the year.

Dropped !!! Misleading title
Lol, Ms. Incognito is such a misleading title. If they had just called it Good Woman BuSeMi, I wouldnāt have even bothered watching. With Kdramas, the title usually gives you a clear idea of what youāre signing up for!The first two episodes were solid, I was hooked and thought the show would keep that same energy. But episodes 3 to 7? Total brain reset. Thatās when I remembered the golden rule: never judge a Kdrama until youāve reached episode 8.
Now letās talk about the characters:
1. BuSeMi started off strong bodyguard vibes, cool energy. Then suddenly sheās acting like a helpless princess. Meh. Iāve seen her in other dramas and her acting just doesnāt hit. Her facial expressions donāt help either. And that whole āmoving to a small town with a silly storylineā twist? Not in my plans.
2. DongMin is another one Iāve seen before, but somethingās always missing. His character feels flat. Unless they randomly reveal heās the chairmanās son (which would be pointless), heās just taking up space.
3. HyeJi: whew. Her voice alone had me skipping every scene she was in. The character is badly written and her behavior is just cringe. Totally unnecessary.
The comedy in this drama makes no sense. It doesnāt fit the story at all. And itās not even good comedy, itās the kind that makes adults look ridiculous. I swear, some Korean dramas live for that awkward humor.
Itās only 12 episodes, but they wasted half of them in a small town doing nothing. I can already tell theyāll rush the ending to make up for lost time.
And the chemistry between the leads? Non-existent. Fans are hyping it like itās sizzling, but Iām sitting here wondering if we watched the same show.
Anyway, Iām officially adding this one to my 2025 list of disappointing dramas, right next to Buried Hearts, WTSG, and a few other flops.

NEVER KNEW DISABILITY CAME WITH DUMBNESS
My blood pressure skyrocketed watching this drama! I get that they wanted to stretch the story, but the plot was ridiculously unrealistic!
Who goes home knowing a serial killer has their address AND was just set free?! No way a group of trained soldiers would hand over a panicked woman back to a guy like that! And the crowd? Not one person thought to call the police? Be serious. No police force would let a key witness walk away without questioning them in a murder case!
Such a waste of phenomenal actors on a frustratingly absurd storyline. And don't get me started on the second lead his slowness drained my patience!
Cooling off with a solid drama now before my blood pressure hits new heights! š¤š„

Watch for the law cases!!
Easily one of the strongest law dramas out there, those case files were chefās kiss šØš¾āāļø. Each one brought a fresh angle that kept you locked in, episode after episode. The cast? Stellar across the board. From the leads to the background players, everyone pulled their weight. And the way their personal stories added emotional depth without hijacking the legal plot? Perfect balance. No unnecessary drama, just layered storytelling done right.
But If theyād leaned harder into the legal storyline instead of juggling to find a bal in the first lead rom dynamics, we mightāve gotten a stronger final case or even a more satisfying ending overall. Ms. Kwonās scenes felt like they were plucked from a whole other drama š. Beautiful, yes, but the integration was off. That arc couldāve been the ending, honestly!
Now the second lead romance? Chefās kiss. Thatās how you do it age appropriate, emotionally grounded, and woven in without hijacking the plot.

Beautiful story
Historical dramas arenāt really my thing, I doubt Iāve even watched up to 10 of them! But I Loved it, I probably wonāt rewatch because of the length, but itās definitely earned a special spot in my historical Kdrama collection. Every character was amazing, even the evil spirits! The story, pace was beautifully done! The comic blended so beautifully too!!
The standout performances come from Yeo-ri, Imugi, and the King, who carry the show with their compelling character arcs.
The Kingās growth, the tragic backstory of the spirits, and the dynamic between the leads make this drama emotionally gripping. Even the supernatural elements feel deeply personal, making the ghosts more than just horror props, they had stories, regrets, and unfinished business to settle!
This drama is more than just a ghost story, itās a story about betrayal, family, redemption, and the weight of history. Is it supernatural, comic or historical tale youāre interested in THP haas everything in stock for you.

Predictable, slow, dragging, not thrilling!!
Nine Puzzles had a solid concept and a decent storyline, but it was painfully slow, uneventful, and dragged way too much. The only reason I stuck around was to confirm the killer who was already obvious and uncover the backstory. Each episode felt like a chore, leaving me with a tight, uneasy feeling, but I powered through (and no, itās not about my taste, Iāve watched Doubt and other thrillers). The FL didnāt click, and as for the ML, my second drama of his, and Iām still not sold.
For a psychological investigative thriller, it lacked any real thrill. A drama stuffed with A-list actors doesnāt automatically make it good. And can they stop making the killer the most obvious choice by giving them barely any screen time or storyline?
The one scene that stood out? The ending? her choice with the fire was bold! The leads? Completely forgettable. If thereās a S2, they need a major revamp or just scrap it altogether.
A 7/10 for me, but definitely a one-time watch.

Itās a rom-com the hype is going to be high
Yoona really needs to work on her facial expressions. I barely paid her any mind in K2 and King the Land but here her face was stuck on default mode, same look, different scene š. Like maāam, blink twice if youāre feeling something!
And letās be real: give Kdrama fans a rom-com with a happy ending and theyāll be the happiest people alive. I get that itās a fantasy drama, but that ending? Ehn⦠it was just there. No emotional punch, just vibes.
Now ChaeMin his crying face? Unintentionally hilarious š. I legit burst out laughing. He tried, bless him, but playing a tyrant isnāt his strong suit. He can still work on it tho!!
Best episode? The Ming cook one š²š„. The food reactions were top-tier, those scenes actually gave life. ChaeMinās got potential!
Also, someone cast Yoona as a full-blown psycho already. I want to see her go full chaos mode, smiling while plotting & giving villain energy. Let her break out of the pretty-girl box and show us range!
it was nice tho but the food episodes wer the best scenes!!

Hype ā Quality: A Disappointing Drama That Proves Popularity Isnāt Talent
I had high hopes for this one mainly because of JCW. And did he try? Absolutely. But even his best couldnāt stop this drama from spiraling.Episodes 1ā4 had me hooked, solid acting, promising storytelling. But the moment they introduced those random Squid Game-esque scenes, I knew we were headed downhill. It was unnecessary and jarring. The rest of the show felt like a slow unravel. Chemistry? Missing. The writing? Lost steam halfway through. And donāt get me started on the villain, zero aura, zero menace. He looked like he was about to laugh in serious scenes, and in others, he just looked⦠bored. Compared to the rest of the cast, he felt like a baby villain trying to play dress-up.Another one added to my āmost disappointing Kdramas of the yearā list. What a waste of potential.

HAD POTENTIAL BUT THE END F IT UP
The story started so well with exciting and memorable scenes!! The switched between a shaman and a student was exciting then the ML story was also good!!But at the end, kdrama have an obsession with redemption arc, and whitewashing characters!! let villains be villains!! The mother dying in replace of YeonHwa was so unnecessary!!
Episode 11 and 12 were really disappointing and so unnecessary!! The writer must misplaced her original script cause wtf?? From a dumb boy to a ghost Hunter and a boring episode, what a bleh!!
BongSu story was overstretched and it became unnecessary boring and lost interest!!
Anyways it had potentials but letās blame the writers and the people that acccepted the last episodes!!

Mixed feelings
The first few episodes came in strong, great storyline, balanced comedy, and solid chemistry among the leads and supporting cast. But after the accident, it all started going downhill. Why were they dying and resurrecting in the last episode? Omo, bored me tf out š. And why waste ep13 on grandma when they couldāve shown the two lovebirds having fun? This is exactly why I avoid romance plots, no unique storyline anymore. At least NamJun got his fame from this drama, and babe did well too. Definitely better than that other one she did, āNice to Not Meet You.ā My first romcom this year that I actually finished to the end!!
The villainās storyline felt poorly written, like he was just tossed in to fill scenes. Heās a great actor, but the writer didnāt tap into his strengths at all, it came off forced.

WATCHABLE AND ENTERTAINING
First off, I canāt stand excessive cringey comedy, so this was a breath of fresh air! The humor was well thought out and seamlessly woven into the scenes and dialogue no forced awkwardness, just natural laughs.
Iāve got plenty of favorite moments, but episode 10 had me laughing the most. The last drama that made me crack up this much was Mr. Queen.
Oh, and I really appreciate that they didnāt push the high school love story too far even with the hints, they kept it subtle, and it worked beautifully!
I was so sure weād see a romance between the first daughter and that guy in episode 10, but nope, disappointed there. But at least two of my favorite actors showed up as supporting characters, so that was a win!
Overall, I loved it! Such a fun watch.

GOOD BUT SOME SAD ENDING WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER!!!
I love them the mothers so much, like seriously they were my absolute faves in the drama! The way they never judged each other and always had each other's backs? I ate that up. And taking their friendship all the way to in-laws? That was the cherry on top for me!I still feel like they tried to sugarcoat HoSuās situation just to avoid giving him a sad ending, especially with his ear condition. But even with all that, his character was still so beautiful and touching.
MiJi acted like a baby in some scenes, but regardless, seeing her go back to college was actually sweet! The actor really did a great job bringing her character to life.
I really loved MiRae and SeJin relationship, and I was so happy SeJin came back from America. But honestly, I never understood why they let him leave in the first place, his farm was doing so well!
MiRae quitting her job was honestly the best decision she made. Staying back in her hometown? Loved that too! What really hit for me was how her relationship wasnāt about romance, it was about healing. Thatās exactly what she needed, cause sis had to rediscover herself from scratch.
That scene in episode 11 where HoSuās mom gave him a reality check? Iconic! Like, why choose to be alone in this world when you can literally grab the girl and hold on tight? She really had to drag the sense back into him!
That scene were HoSu went to visit his mom in workplace, meant everything to HoSuās mom, you could practically feel her heart pounding. Seeing her son show up at her workplace gave her so much comfort and hope. It was a moment she really needed.
I really feel like they watered down her situation too, just to make things look nicer. But honestly, that scene could give people with dyslexia a little more hope and I love that. The moment she found a family in HoSu and MiJi? That was the true heart of her story for me.
Overall, it was a really good drama and honestly, it had the potential to be the best! Episodes 1 to 8 were my absolute favorites, they just hit different. And shoutout to every actor each one did an amazing job breathing life into their character!

THE HAUNTED PALACE PART 2
This is what happens when production and cinematography get prioritized over storytelling. The plot was underwhelming and lacked impact. Sure, the visuals were stunning, but beyond that the story fell flat, basically a summarized version of Haunted Palace.Honestly, the story isnāt gripping or exciting at all. It feels like a copy of Haunted Palace at least that one prioritized storytelling over flashy cinematography. I donāt get why some Kdrama fans drool over this just because of the pretty visuals. Sure, the CGI is solid and the actors are great, but overall itās underwhelming. I kept zoning in and out, dragging myself just to finish it.

ITS A SCARY WORLD OUT THERE!!!
I feel like the real-life TaeJu made so many mistakes when suspecting people. First with Gi Beom, he didnāt learn his lesson and then he went ahead to wrongly suspect innocent Im Seok.Cha SiYeong was a maniac, and I still donāt get why TaeJu was so lenient with him! Instead of chasing the real culprit, TaeJu chose him over the case. SiYeong was one of the people who gave the killer all that time and power to keep murdering.
I wish the real-life SiYeong had been punished for his atrocities. He was vile, inconsiderate, wicked, and downright disgusting! The fact that he did everything to impress his father except catch the real culprit shows just how weak he was. And the fact he never faced punishment only exposes how weak the South Korean system is.
The two police officers are bunch of vile people! They should have been punished, especially for the case of the little girl. I honestly hope none of them ever got to enjoy their lives after the truth came out.
The scarecrow actor nailed the role perfectly! I just wish they had shown us how he was caught, because I stayed till the end waiting for it. Heās proof you canāt trust friends or even brothers. The fact that he stood by and let his own brother die just to keep his secret says it all.
The story was truly heartbreaking, and every public official involved failed miserably. Im Seok spent 20 whole years in prison for a crime he knew nothing about and the fact that he was disabled made it even more tragic. I hope he gets to enjoy life after his release, though I honestly doubt it.
She was another silly one, I honestly donāt know what she was thinking, leaving to live with the Cha. I wonāt even say much about her part, because no one should be that stupid.
Between they all did beautiful workā¦.
