Seriously? You did not watch the drama but just looked at the ending?? I think you should watch something fully…
I didn’t mislead anyone though I didn’t watch this fully, I just checked the ending since that’s what I usually do to decide if I might watch something. From what I saw, it seems like a HE, but personally I didn’t find the ending that satisfying because it felt a bit rushed and mostly like a brief reunion.

I usually prefer more developed endings, so that’s something I pay attention to when deciding what to watch. That doesn’t mean the drama is bad overall others can still enjoy it even if it’s not really my preference. I might still watch it later when I feel like it.

Your comment is misleading. You should try to watch this first. For a novel adaptation, this one has tried its…
I never claimed I didn’t like the drama, I just said I haven’t watched it. I only checked the ending because that usually decides if I want to watch it or not. If the ending doesn’t suit me, I probably won’t watch it unless I really feel like it.

The reason I said I’m tired of these kinds of endings is because they feel rushed. They build up a big fight scene toward the end, then the main leads met up all of a sudden and it just ends there, It feels incomplete.

Even if a show has a lot of cute moments in the episodes, it can still feel a bit lackluster if the ending is open or even a HE. It’s not always satisfying if it’s just a last-minute reunion without showing more. I just wish they gave us a bit more, like a hug, a kiss, or even a proper conversation so it feels complete.

Title Love beyond the Grave Spoiler
When you actually watch this drama and suffer through last 5 episodes with bitter sweet ending, it would be enough…
yea i definitely want a HE for any of these type of dramas, i was so upset with LBFAD ending it didnt feel satisfiying at all. They just need do more justice with these type of endings because when the main leads suffer already so much on the journey they should at least deserve a happy moment 😭

Title Love beyond the Grave Spoiler
I didn’t watch this but I wanted to see the ending to check if it’s a HE and maybe add it to my watch list since I don’t really watch sad dramas.
EDIT: I checked the ending, it’s a HE I think. She saved him with her spirit powers and became a mortal (I read the subtitles), but it doesn’t feel that satisfying to me because it’s just them staring at each other. I wish there was more to the ending, like another cute moment such as kissing, holding hands, or running to each other.

I don't think many people understand, but to clarify: this is MyDramaList, a platform for lovers of Asian dramas.…
I agree. I’m tired of seeing these aggressive comments about webtoon readers. They aren’t attacking anyone, and prob drawn to them because they’re manhwa readers who read this and want to express how they feel about the adaptation. If you don’t like someone’s comment, just deal with it and move on.

If you don’t like a comment from a Webtoon reader or anyone who may not agree with you, you can just ignore it. You don’t have to say things like “don’t come here because you dislike it.” This is a public discussion, not just for you everyone should have a chance to voice and express their thoughts.

I don’t want to keep saying the same thing but imagine if you were a fan of a TV show, movie, anime, or book and it got turned into an adaptation or remake but they didn’t stay faithful at all and completely changed it to fit their own standards. How would that make you feel?

I get that adaptations aren’t supposed to be 100% accurate, but even keeping a little of the original would be nice. I don’t understand why Korea/Hollywood keep taking original stories and altering them so much just for money.

As a manhwa reader this really hurts to see. One of my favorites was changed so much after just taking a peek at 1–2 episodes that it feels insulting not just to me but to the author. The story was butchered and didn’t get the respect it deserved. Please try to understand our perspective and why we feel frustrated about this.

I'm not offended, but I wish you had reworded that. It sounded like you were saying “you’re not smart enough to focus" which could come off as rude to some people. I think I understood what you meant though. You probably just meant that people shouldn’t criticize a movie without really thinking it through first. It’s no different from watching a TV show, only seeing a few episodes, and saying it’s trash. The show could get better if you kept watching. If you don’t want to, that’s fine but your opinion isn’t fully informed if you only watch a few episodes.

Saying “most” still means a lot of people, so yes you are blaming them. Again, this has nothing to do with attention span the movie is complicated, with so much happening at once. I even had to watch a recap to fully get it. You liked the film, good for you. If someone didn’t, that’s fine too. You’re allowed to have your opinion, but so is everyone else, and the way you worded it makes it sound like you were calling them out for not getting it when it’s not their fault.

I think this movie is underrated. It's not for everyone, but I believe that many of the low ratings come from people…

On The Great Flood Dec 21, 2025
The title is really misleading I thought this was going to be a disaster movie. At the beginning, I expected it to be about a single mother and her son trying to survive a flood, but then they introduced all this AI stuff. In a simulation, she had to save the world by experiencing human emotions to save humanity. The concept makes no sense and has no real connection to the title. The Great Flood? More like The Great Fail. 😂

*The viewers and it chief, this MDL user too young.Clearly if you consider ML too old, you're simply not the target…
lol stay mad, the ml doesnt fit the role of the main lead in there, they both are younger in the manhwa. You clearly didn't read the manhwa coz u don't understand it doesn't work. Also, this audience more toward younger/mature girls.

I have watched romance dramas without the leads even touching each other once but u can feel the tension and chemistry.…
that's how i felt with Ren Jialun, whenever i see him in romance dramas there's barely any scenes of intimacy at all. Mostly just hugs, holding hands and prob just 1 kiss. I understand he's keeping his boundaries with other female actresses coz of his wife. But why would u go for dramas specifically romance in it. Idk if it's his manager whos picking it for him or himself but it's confusing.

I dout it because everything looks poor from casting to making,
I can kind of relate tho, i feel like it's difficult to make a adaptation based on transmigrating manhwas because Korea always going to make the drama setting be in Joseon era. That doesnt always work coz they would need to figure out how to make it similarity to the manhwa. I just don't understand why it has to be a Joseon era and not a modern setting. Or any different type of setting.

I managed to get up to episode 8 and i think i am calling it quit unless i feel like going back to it again. The fl is just unlikable to me tbh, she just keeps treating ml as some kind of a plaything. I understand she is using him for her own benefits but why she keep playing with his feelings? She leads him on and then next she goes and be like get the fk away from me. She doesn't like how it goes for her so she throws a tantrum or get mad at him for no god damn reason. Like does she likes him or not? He using her too but at least he's not playing with her feelings. Then the part where she found out that he went behind her back, she should had at least let him explain the truth. She rather believe her snake sister than the guy who saved her and stayed by ur side LIKE OKAY THEN. As for the sister death, it was just so unsatisfying because she just dies from loss of blood. She stole the fl kidney, run over the 2nd lead legs and just dies like that? Wtf... ._. No punishment whatsoever for her?
