I didn't know she had a baby but your comment is weird , lots of actors and actresses are married and have kids and we still love their romance dramas ; I don't get what you're trying to say.

I haven't read the manga so I'm at a disadvantage . To me the ending is hopeful but I hate sad endings so I might be projecting my wants.
