Stay strong girl, stay strong... As for me, I have anime and video games to tie me over until then... That and…
I also watch yaoi anime and read a loooooot of BL novels but they can't lessen my obsession about my favorite BL shows. It's known that we always want more what we can't get and that ugly facts are quicker to come than happy ones, ... I am masochistic enough to live by Murphy's Law LOL
I am about to watch the translated 3rd episode but I am in a very bad mood because I know that after having watched it, I will have to wait another week for the next episode. What a torture it is to be an impatient fujoshi +(T_T)+
Question does Au like Mork someone please answer me
I just watched the episode 7 and according to the insinuations and hints (during their conversation in the car) I think that he does. If I remember well, he was the one to tell Mork "Your boyfriend will leave you but I will remain with you forever." or something like that; so I think that he loves him and keeps his feelings a secret, fearing disappointment.
He is not very likeable anyway lol We had already more than our fair share of the original one, and now we have to deal with his copies in our favorite shows. Damn. Soon he will squat our dreams lol
Thank you very much. It’s very good so far. Not confusing and it’s starting to portray the realism of society…
You're welcome. I start to understand why people think it's confusing. I suppose that they are used to watch series/dramas that display numerous aspects of the same story, so now that this one evolves around only one matter that's for me also acceptance as you say it so well: Acceptance from the society, acceptance from the loved one and acceptance also from the character himself. We see that with the side couple Gord and Morn, still questioning silently their feelings, perhaps judging that acceptance too far to reach (at least according to the 6 epidodes I watched so far). So this series for me is not confusing, I think it's rather detailing and dissecting the stacks and effects of one moral fact, that's acceptance, on the individual and the society. 'Cause You're My Boy went "psychological" and personally I like it, I like it's depth and the paradoxical lightness of the storyline making it accessible for the most of audience. They don't force the hand of the viewer to meditate about it, it's rather a voluntary action.
I am currently watching it and I have to admit that I am liking it. It's the kind of shows that you want to watch when you're depressed, it's very cheering !!!
Confusing? I don't see where the confusion lies. Anyway, I have just watched four episodes. I will comeback with another review once the series completed :)
I actually wonder if the author of the novel gave him that name or if it was the writer of the series lol.
@Liz Thanks for the information. But we have to admit that it's strange, because he might have been anybody: A gentle, caring character, Ae's roommate, the stuck-up rich kid Tin, ... but no, he's the bully of the story. For a coincidence it's a funny one lol
Ming and Kit saved this drama from oblivion, truly they did. I'm sorry. This is the shittiest BL ever. I can't…
I laughed with every line of your accurate comment and, unfortunately, you are right. We all wanted this series to be amazing but it is what it is. A fiasco! Happily Ming and Kit saved the boat from sinking, otherwise I personally would have not survived the first episodes lol
