Just finished episode 10, and if I wasn't hooked before, I sure as hell am hooked now. ( Casual for: I'm obsessed…
yes to all of this!
Sasin was head over heels for Saenkaew since their first encounter at the train station. But he needed to navigate those feelings a bit longer. But by the time his head caught up to his heart, he was in too deep. that’s not something you can just openly communicate off top, considering those feelings are towards another guy (in the 60’s)
even if Sasin did decide to open up to Pin and share everything he had been feeling all along, do people really think Pin would have changed her view and rallied behind them in support; abandoning her own happiness and freedom? nah!
yes, pin is hurting and deserves her own happiness (somewhere far away from them) but her hurt doesn’t derive from the boys…at this point in the story, it’s all self inflicted.
I used to think Pin was simple and innocent, but episodes 9-10 has just unveiled her strong side. She's playing…
yes!!!
pin has been socialized/ groomed to subconsciously think that she and her family are above everyone else. on the surface she might be sweet and innocent (considering her unfortunate past) but deep down, I think she can be just as brutal as her manipulative parents. the more I think about that the more her character makes sense.
she’s not all that “nice” and innocent, she’s just carefree/ content (privileged) and the moment she felt challenged and denied of what she deemed as her property (SaenKaew) thats when her true colors appeared.
Pin has been standing 10 toes down on her privileges for the past few episodes now. who she is at heart is who she is today! but maybe she’ll redeem herself.
They deserve their happy ending, you’re so right... From my point of view I imagine an ending where we see them…
yes….and yes! freedom to be wholeheartedly happy!
“like a way to show that there is still Hope” … I love what you said here! it makes me think of that phrase/ quote “hope deferred makes the heart sick” …so far all hope has been deferred to infinity in this show. but I’m still holding tight!
I am absolutely smitten with Sasin and SaenKaew -they have captured all of our hearts! but, I’m curious to know if anyone believes that the directors will/ can redeem themselves for all the pain and suffering they have bestowed upon the world for the past 10 episodes!? I just cannot for the life of me accept a subpar ending for this BL; even if it is a happy ending. it truly needs to be the most elaborate, most breathtakingly beautiful ending, ever!
if there isn’t a white horse and carriage riding off into the sunset with the two newlyweds, Sasin and SaenKaew, then is it really an acceptable ending? I think not! 💭
I need help identifying the song name in episode 2: timestamp : 44:05. please someone help me, this song is just…
I’ve literally been searching for weeks now, even asked in different sub-forums…to no avail! 😮💨
BUT, in my search to find the song, I just googled the actor who’s singing it & concluded that he’s the one “actually” singing the song, (he is an incredible singer) unfortunately, there is no OST nor alternative version of this song…by him or anyone else to my knowledge. 🫠
Straight drama watchers are supporting Pin 🤦♀️Probably they are new in BL drama land .😂😂
lol. most of these people fetishize queer/ gay content but are high-key toxic towards the community. I’m convinced a lot of these BL watchers are the same people that don’t really know any queer people outside of “BL land” some of the things they say/ believe are incredibly offensive and tone deaf; a lot of heteronormative dogma.
the world is literally on fire and this show had the audacity to descend out of nowhere; snatching us all of up like the great rapture, iykyk
I've been hooked on this show since it first aired. BUT if it keeps morphing into a never-ending (open-ended), gut-wrenching saga full of doom and gloom like, Shine, Stay with me or The only one…I might need to take a sabbatical from the BL world. I can save all that emotional bandwidth for the real world. as beautiful as it can be to depict reality, it just feels like a double dose of suffering when it’s politically and racially charged.
In conclusion, great job to all the actors in this show…including the grandmother (A’ for effort, right?) 😉 ok, that’s all for now.
Ep2:Good iooking band guy : I just want to know how much better than me Saenkaew is.Saenkaew proceeds to walk…
It’s honestly not that hard to compliment the looks of one actor without reducing the looks of another. Just because someone doesn’t appeal to your unique taste doesn’t mean they’re not attractive, especially in this case.
I have never once met an attractive person who finds pleasure in putting down other people.
Pin has a right to feel upset, angry and possibly betrayed by the actions of Sasin (her only family) but that’s far as I can see it. honestly, SaenKaew doesn’t owe her anything other than a “I’m not interested in marrying you” …from the beginning she knew the marriage was a cover.
he might have been promised to her…but it was never a promise that HE, himself, made to her. SaenKaew doesn’t belong to anyone other than the person that he decides to commit to (Sasin)
you can’t wish for a “happily ever after” if the happiness is only one sided!
No way , I am not going to watch today without subtitles. I want to understand every scene.
yeah, sure…nice try!!! you know we will all be tuned in, front and center, regardless; trying to piece together every scene by context clues & vibes alone. 😂
to think…SaenKaew hasn’t truly smiled or been happy ever since he lost his mother. we’ve only seen glimpses of his smile and happiness since meeting Sasin. just imagine the type of joy he could be experiencing if it wasn’t for his deplorable father! honestly, him and Sasin deserve their little island getaway… consider it his pre-bachelor party gift!
but we all know the dad is going to teleport from the middle of the ocean, because “Lakorn” to ruin everything!

I wonder if the producers just didnt think this song would be something viewers would think twice about.
“Act” Chokchai Moomak was such a perfect choice for this song and now we want more!

and yes - I look totally look forward to seeing those two lovebirds dancing the night away!
I don’t know how you did it, but I haven’t felt this reassured since ep2!
you definitely have a way with words! TY 😉

honestly, there is no other way to end this show. imagine going through all this pain and turmoil for them not to elope! 🙂↔️
that was clearly reinforced in my comment.
my initial point was that you can simply acknowledge that someone is attractive and not have to take jabs at someone else.
next time stay on topic! 😉
