I really thought he was about to redeem himself on the platforms and even maybe sacrifice himself for his baby…
yeah, that was such a stupid decision, just like how he failed to kill the enemies when they were sleep, he also had no plan whatsoever to keep himself and the baby safe and twice a solution was offered to him and he rejected it both times.
they are amazed and happy at the fact they survived in spite of their stupidity
yeah he actually had the whole gut felling/detective hunch thing going for him, unlike the actual detective who was being lied to for years and was too stupid to notice.
not really, the season was quite average and predictable, it deserves it's rating, it was an enjoyable watch to…
well! personally I consider 8 and above for dramas that had an aspect that they did perfectly, whether it be action, comedy or romance, Squid game wasn't really perfect in any of those aspects and was again a great watch but quite average as well and for me average means 5-7.5
This is so much better than the 7.5 MDL rating that it currently has.
not really, the season was quite average and predictable, it deserves it's rating, it was an enjoyable watch to an extent but nothing groundbreaking or perfect.
Just watched the first episode and read this f*ing comment while adding this to my watching list. WTH is so difficult…
I get that, but you gotta take your part of the blame too and not play a victim, the instant the new season dropped I stopped going on MDL, stopped using Instagram and Reddit and I only came here after I had finished watching.
If you really cared and were afraid of spoilers you would have made the minimum effort.
as far as sequels go, this wasn't that bad but it was also kind of meh, the VIPs were boring and cringe as hell, just like they were in season 1 and even more in season 3 cuz they had a lot more screen time, like isn't Netflix rich? just hire some decent Hollywood actors, even mid-actors would have been good.
then there was Gi-Hun who didn't really have much of a plan to begin with so him losing and dying was predictable as hell, the whole season was quite predictable, except for the baby winningš£ I did not see that coming𤯠Gi-hun refusing to kill the opposition also really pissed me off, considering he had no other plans, if he at the very least had some sort of plan I could understand it but he just refused and put his own and more importantly the baby's life at risk and relying on just luck to get through the game, as always.
then there was 333 who I thought at first was quite a weak willed and coward guy, but he pulled through and became just the absolute worst out of nowhere, killing for no reason and then on the platforms behaving like a lunatic, like there was no reason to kill number 100 when there still was a platform left, total lunatic.
then there was detective Hwang who was pretty much useless to the plot, he didn't even manage to have a conversation with his brother, and since the drama is over, it's never gonna happen, but overall he was quite a useless guy, some might say he did save 246, but I never really gave a fuck about him.
Hyun juās death was so unnecessary tbh she was the best character, so goated
Nah, it was needed to show 333's downfall and him going down the path of greed and evil. and to show the audience that he wouldn't be a good option as a dad for the baby
I loved Gu Yu and Lin Yuan! I didn't think he looked that old. He was very buff.
Yeah, it was so disturbing to watch that I had to skip a lot of the scenes he was in, I'm used to a little bit of plastic surgery cuz I watch a lot of dramas but his was just on another level.
Maybe just me but the first half of the drama was a bit rough. The close proximity of Sol being everywhere Sunjae…
I mean, that's the whole point of the drama; destined lovers. it says so in the tags too: " Love At First Sight" I don't see how you were blindsided by thisšš
