Netflix airing isn't same as iQiyi/Wetv airing always. Even for Unveil Jadewind and other dramas, Netflix aired one episode per day, while Youku had given express package. So people watching in Netflix might have to watch the last episode on 30th March, but for people who watch in iQiyi/Wetv, they will get the offer for express. Also after this ridiculous schedule, if they don't even give the option of express, I am sure people will riot.
