even I’m intrigued how did she go from a court maid to powerful concubine, so there were affection between king…
I don't think there was affection, both definitely had their guards up against each other. Plus she was in love with his brother. As we saw today, even during her last moments, the drawing of cherry blossoms, it was all linked with Grand Prince who drew it first. So, she felt for him till she died. But yes what actually happened between her and king, seems interesting.
I always knew there is something missing in the drama, but we got it today. Kopiko promotion scene. I am sorry, but all classic kdramas have this, and I am glad they have it too. Lol.
The last scene was so beautiful, where the screen froze. She in that beautiful backless gown, him in that messy look, the background, I loved the scene.
No in the past, they couldn't meet before the questioning. She is just a concubine, fearing for his life, fear from King. I can still understand what she did. Honestly if she refused, she could have been killed as well. So I get her. But in this life, they are even dating, she can tell him. Its easier now. But yes history is repeating, but this time they will change it.
Okay Imma talk about the confession now. Sitting beside Han river, they were so sweet, nothing extravagant just pure🥹 Namjun said his favourite dialogue was Seori saying "I will grant you my permission". That added comedy to the entire confession. Cuties.💕 The rooftop scene, ohh my God🥹💕
Also Seori getting jealous is the best part, and Segye thinking she is so beautiful and understanding, lol😂😂
It doesn't matter how intense an episode is, how emotional it is, this series will never leave the chaos out, not in this episode, not in the next as well. This is its best part. Even during the later episodes they do not forget the comic part of the Romcom.
So we are still left with the question that, did Grand Prince die, and how did she became the powerful concubine. Okay that's for later episodes. But this one completely broke me. Ohh my God, their past. Let me cry. Mundo you evil bast*rd.
Okay what I love is, thought this episode ended on an intense scene, it does not result in any bad thing. Our leads are dating in the next preview. Yes there is one intense scene, but we all know that is coming since we know the past now.
