To those who are left confused by her father's retrial- Sena proved in court that the prime witness who spoke against her father, was due to pressure from the prosecutor then. Hence her father is not the one who was the murderer. The court accepts it. She requests the investigation authorities to find out the truth about who the murderer actually is. But that is not her lookout, her father is innocent now, who the murderer is that may or may not be found out by the police and prosecutor. You might think its poorly wrapped up, I don't disagree, but we have to remember this was not a plot, the main case was Ra-Ik case, which took ample time. This was just a subplot hence its way better to show a little closure to this and focus on the moments of the leads especially because its the last episode!
Guys anyone knows among CXX this and recent 2 other modern dramas, which ones were filmed first and last?
Love on the Turquoise Land was shot in March-July 2024, this drama (My page in the 90s) was shot in Dec 2024-Feb 2025, Love Between Lines was shot from Feb 2025 last week to June 2025. CXX joined the filming of LBL, 2 days later after wrapping this drama. He began shooting for his variety show Wow the World(with the FL here and others), just after completing Love Between Lines.
About FL's bestie, I am completely uninterested by the second couple, but few facts about her bestie that really strike me (excluding for the usual support, love care) 1. Her bestie knew and believed FL was in a relationship with her boyfriend of 7 years, but was getting close with ML, hence she reprimanded FL about it, just because its your best friend doesn't mean she can cheat and you need to be supportive. I loved how she did not go overboard with it, but tried to make FL realize the fact. ( for sure she did not know that its not her, and FL is from another world, hence she is not cheating, I am just speaking from bestie's perception) 2. The moment she heard FL's ex is dumping her, spreading nonsense about her, she fought with her crush, their mutual friends, and almost assaulted FL's ex for it, because she believes in her friend! She did not need FL to explain her stance before supporting her.
The entire murder mystery thing did intrigue me, keeping me on my toes about who it is! Also kudos to that person who actually pointed out that the earring was of ML's ex and she had worn it before in the flashback, which I completely missed, great observation skills! I am glad she is the murderer, because I actually started sympathizing with her when they showed she was forced to leave him (still in doubt about if the cheating thing was true or not), but maybe it was the great acting skills of the actress which contemplated me to hate her or not! I am glad it turned this way though! About how they wrapped up the murder, there are loopholes, about how she was able to clean it up, get inside, get outside, push the car, nothing being asked to ML about the earring found in his flat by the prosecutor. All of this was weird, poorly written! I could see prosecutor contemplating about his choice, and I might understand the redemption, but again even if I forgive the bullying thing in childhood (though he seemed 15-16 and should have been aware of the consequences) I remember how in ep 7 he mocked her, that's why I felt he should have been defeated by our star lawyer in the court! But whatever! Also mom and stalker girls, not everyone has the right to be forgiven but! The sudden retrial and winning was poorly wrapped up, but again because this was not the focus of the story, maybe its okay! I really loved how they kept 1 episode entirely for the aftermath, showed us beautiful moments, everyone's lives, dating, friendship everything! On a side note- Everytime they focused on ML's hand and his veins popped out, I completely folded!
Am I the only one worried after seeing ep 15 teaser? I mean all up for confession, love, dating, but wouldn't she be forced to return back once the affection rate goes to 100%. I don't want her to go back, just stay in this world!
