The novel was really good. Give it a read if you can. I think since we don't have a lot of episodes remaining, a lot of scenes from the later part is going get cut. So maybe you can enjoy that if you read it.

The word cavity that was used, is a modern chinese term, not a traditional term. Many Chinese natives have said, Qian Qian sometimes uses many words which are very modern.
In the novel, Qian Qian at the end told only FL, that she has come from a very far away place, a place where it will take thousands of years to return, where she can never return. She lives in the palace and there is no story of her going back. Hence this was only an indication that she might have transmigrated.
